The living area is warm and inviting, featuring large windows and the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Although one of the highlights is its outdoor space; It is only a short 10-min drive to the town of Montague & 17-min to Panmure Island.

Rollo Bay Flats Cottage is a private, cozy oasis tucked away on a red dirt road in between the ocean and the Rollo Bay Greens Golf course. The cottage has a huge view of the ocean and the bay from every window. Guests can enjoy sitting on the deck watching the seals and enjoy the magical daily sunsets. Harbour Hideaway "A Coachman's Apartment"

On the ground floor of our home is your apartment with its own entryway and accommodation sleeping up to (4) guests. The bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The living area has an innerspring queen-sized sofa bed and a flat screen TV. This area is separated by solid barn doors to ensure private sleeping quarters. The living/dining offers informal seating and a small kitchen with appliances and a 2-burner induction cooking plate. The full laundry is discreetly located in the bathroom.

I am two kilometers from Montague,where their is a Sobey's and Superstore,two pubs (Copper Bottom and Bogside) ,hardware stores and restaurants etc. Montague has a beautiful waterfront and marina. The Confederation trail head is at the waterfront for walkers and cyclists. Brudenell golf course and Pammure Island beach is within twenty kilometers. Come and enjoy PEI!
