Medhi’s place is just like the listing and the rooftop with pool is amazing. Stunning views across the sea and city. The rooms are ideal for 4 people - very spacious and the apartment very well appointed. There’s a supermarket 3 mins walk away which is handy and 4 or 5 very good restaurants nearby. The apartment is close to the beach and also the key out of town sights. It’s an easy 20 min drive into the centre of Tunis. We had a great stay.

very nice traditional Tunisian home very spacious and comfortable with many shops located within a one minute walking distance also a great restaurant across the street the host was amazing and very accommodating would definitely stay there again five stars all the way

Slahddine was a great host. always responsive. if not around a family member would take action immediately. The location in Rafraf Hmeri is great with beautiful view on the little island Pilau the front side of the house and also the mountain from the backside. nice and spacious house with beautiful garden and the smell of yasmine in the nights. Except for two very warm nights in August, you could sleep well with the windows open to allow for some nice breeze. May be check availability for some ventilators in the sleeping rooms as the airco in the living room will not ne enough. the place is near all kind of commodities. it is very close to the beach but if you have old or disabled persons/parents , factor in some difficulties to access the beach. the beach is one of the best I have seen in Tunisia. very clean and clear. lots to do. it is simply a great area taken good care by its locals. mosque restaurant cafés etc all nearby.

This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could ask for. The outdoor space was a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding. The location was ideal—quiet yet close to everything. Madame Fathia was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay even better. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

We loved our stay at Frida's place. The place is perfectly quiet, ideal for a small escape from the city. The house is waterfront. It feels like we're the owner of the sea. It is a clean, quiet, private and secluded beach from everyone. Frida's parents, Mr Taoufik and Mrs. Feriel are extremely warm and welcoming. To do and redo.

What a find! A peaceful, serene, and beautiful place to stay in a gorgeous location. I felt very relaxed there. Tuline was generous, helpful and kind. I'll definitely be back!

The villa is very nice, well located and quiet. We enjoyed the beautiful pool. Host is very available and responds quickly. Our stay went smoothly and that was exactly what we were looking for.

The house is lovely. The top floor has been remodeled and looks wonderful. The ground level floor, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and dining room were lovely. Kitchen cabinets need work - they were damaged. A few small things ... the small coffee pot that uses pods didn't work, the basement level was unusable due to smell of fresh paint(it was fine the day before we left) and we could have used more towels. An extra set of keys would have been helpful. Otherwise - extremely quiet and peaceful area and very spacious home. Thank you Tarek.

One of the best experience I've had .. I didn't have cash money because I landed so late at night and couldn't change. Taxi driver (Salim) that Sonia sent did not take money from me and got cash money for the day after to shop from Samira (the woman who works at Sonia ) , who got back then when I could exchange . My parents are so dear to flowers and got some flowers from Sonia's garden , which I appreciate tremendously of her.. Unfortunately couldn't swim much due to the weather, but a residence I highly recommend, clean and friendly residential host 😊❤️

Very charming and relaxing accommodation. Run by very engaged hosts. Reflects well the homestead character of a family place build with taste and love for own larger family needs, and made now available for guests. Convenient co-sharing spaces around pool area. Roof-top bbq terrace best if not shared, as small and linked to kitchen exit. Very convenient beach access through pine wood trail. Good fresh fish and local fruits and veggies , bakeries nearby. But not much else. All in all, highly recommendable for a few days holiday with family or friends.

Faouzia was an exceptional host! Both by his hospitality and his sympathy. During the home visit, she made us feel at home. She has been a valuable tip for knowing where to eat and where to walk. The house is in a strategic location to be able to go to gammarth or sidi bou said. You can come with your hands in the pockets Faouzia takes care of everything. The pool is very well maintained and the house is very well-equipped. Everything is in perfect working condition. I would recommend it 10000% and would definitely be back!

We had a wonderful 3 weeks at this beautiful home! The house is perfectly maintained, with a superb garden, ideal for relaxing in peace. It's a real haven of peace. The pool, very clean and well maintained, is shared, but we didn't meet anyone else during our entire stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The owners are extremely discreet, we never met them. A big thank you also to Baya, the housekeeper, who, at our request, prepared delicious small dishes for us. She cooks great! If we were to come back to Tunis, we will definitely stay in this house again. I would highly recommend this rental!
