Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

SoVilla Buisson - Pool - Volleyball - 30 people

Located two hours southwest of Paris, Villa du Buisson is perfect for celebrating big events such as birthdays, bachelor parties, or family reunions. It is the perfect example of everything a So Villa has to offer: an extraordinary garden with a large terrace, barbecue, beautiful 8m x 4m swimming pool, and volleyball and pétanque courts! But it also has a games room with a baby, pool table, and poker table where you can dance and party thanks to the powerful 100W speakers!

La Maison de l'Étang - fishing and tennis

🌸Pretty farmhouse located in a beautiful rural setting, facing its private pond (fishing allowed), in the Perche Regional Park. ☀️The house is an old farmhouse that has been tastefully renovated, with all the comforts for spending a few quiet days with family or friends: board games, fireplace, raclette grill, barbecue, etc. 🍒No neighbors and 5 minutes from local farms, the supermarket, a tennis court, a pétanque court, the bakery, and even the gas station!

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Papy Marcel

Pavilion in a subdivision 1 min walk from a crossroads, 5 min from the bakery and the city center, 15 min drive from La Ferté-Bernard and 40 min from Le Mans. The number of rooms will be open depending on the number of guests. Example: 1 bedroom = 1 guest. For 2 bedrooms = 3 guests and 3 bedrooms = 5 guests. The beds will be made upon arrival, but don't forget your towels. I ask for a supplement of €10/person to have towels.
