Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Escape to a stylish two-bedroom gîte in the serene landscapes of South West France. Our retreat, reserved for adults only (over 18 yrs), offers modern comfort with a touch of rustic charm. Relax by the private heated pool (May-October), soak in the views, and explore the nearby River Lot and the famous Lot Véloroute. Perfect for a tranquil getaway. Discover the magic of medieval villages, wine tasting at the many vineyards, shopping at local food markets and much more. Pets are not allowed.

La Ferme de Borie 47 House

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Gorgeous old barn that has been renovated into a three bedroom, two bathroom home. Enjoy the pool in the summer months (approx June - Oct) and the fireplace in the winter months. 1500m2 of private space for you, as well as your own parking place. Beautiful walks in the woods are at your doorstep, towns of Fumel, Monsempron-Libos, Saint Vita and Montayral within 10 mins and the magnificent Chateau de Bonaguil only 7 minutes away.

The small gîte

Pretty detached stone house at the end of a small private hamlet in an 8-hectare estate surrounded by nature. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with wood-burning stove and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a private terrace with views over the countryside. Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.

Old Farmhouse for 2 to 12 people

As you step into the cottage, you'll first encounter the kitchen featuring a charming handmade 4-meter wooden table and complete amenities. Ascend the stairs to the second floor housing a cozy lounge area and bedrooms. The lounge offers comfortable seating, including super big floor cushions. There are two bedrooms with single beds and two with queen-sized beds. Additionally, the bathroom on this floor features toilets, showers, and two wash basins.
