Boende för upp till 4 personer i segelbåt i privat hamn i centrala Karlby på Kökar. Hamnen är en småbåtshamn med en liten sandstrand. Avståndet till service som restaurang och matbutik är ca 500 m. Avståndet från Kökars färjfäste är ca 4 km. Segelbåten är ca 10 m lång. Det finns ett litet kök och toalett med kallvatten. Varmvatten kan värmas på spisen. El genom solpaneler. Off-gridstuga med de flesta bekvämligheter som 230V solel, rinnande kallvatten i kranarna (men dricksvatten i dunk och varmvatten får man värma på spis eller murpanna). Två sovrum, allrum med kök, badrum med förbränningstoalett, dusch och handfat. Utomhus finns en stor härlig altan med sittplatser och grill, liten ”strand”, brygga och gräsmatta.
