Beachfront holiday rental in Sottomarina

Excellent host, Elisa was very helpful and kind in managing our stay! Your suggestions and tips are valuable. The house is very convenient both with respect to the beaches and with respect to Chioggia, easily reachable even on foot.

Excellent location. Not far from the vaporetto station, beach, supermarket, central street. Attentive hosts, always answered our questions. When we come to Lido next time, we will definitely stay in these apartments.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well furnished, true to the photos uploaded to the site. For those traveling with small children, Dany offers a camping cot and a high chair, both in good condition, so it is not necessary to bring them. The beach is a few minutes away by foot and the center of Chioggia is also easily accessible with a walk of about half an hour. Communication with the host has always been easy and punctual.

The host responded quickly to questions we had about transportation, etc. Unfortunately, the accident happened during our trip and we needed to visit the hospital. The host gave us advice about hospitals, how to get there and was genuinely caring. Thank you for the loan of your apartment, we had great days on the beach in Sottomarina, strolled in Chioggia and experienced Venice. Tip: if you are in Sottomarina for several days, we recommend that you rent a bike as a guest to easily get around the area.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Paola’s place! The apartment had a beautiful view and everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. We were traveling with our dog, and it was such a relief to find a place that was not only pet-friendly but also genuinely welcoming. Paola was an amazing host—kind, responsive, and thoughtful. Very comfortable apartment, very helpful host also to show us places to go, unfortunately we only stayed one night

Basic accommodation in a peaceful and quiet area. No fridge / kettle in the room. Everything was clean.

Very clean, well appointed place to stay. The fact that there is a washing machine and air conditioning makes the stay even better. Absolutely family friendly as the very well-kept pool and the sea are within walking distance. By the sea there is a bar where you can get everything for a good price from coffee to ice cream to noodle dish. Oh, the sanitary facilities are very well maintained here. You can choose whether to rent a lounger or settle on the public beach. The sea is great for small children as it is flat for a very long time. If you travel by public transport, you need a bit of patience, there is a connection to Chioggia/Venice, it just takes a bit to arrive. If you need a break from the sun, the bar next to the Isola Verde bus stop has a foosball table. There was one or the other match with a local bar visitor. Communication with Leila and Hassoni was also very pleasant. We had a great holiday!

The apartment was not the one in the photo, they moved us to a 2 bedroom apartment instead of an improvement solution. The apartment was very nice and we found everything we needed for our stay.

I was able to rest, and in a minute you're on the beach. They accept the dog, which is very important. On Thursday morning, you can visit the Chioggia market for about ten kilometers away.

We were very satisfied with the place

It was just the right place for us. The communication and handling with the hosts was great and straightforward. They were very eager and friendly. We felt right at home! Nice place to stay, the proximity to the beach, the quiet area and accommodation (it wasn't much going on in mid-September).

My stay went beyond expectations, the house is in a very small campsite. Quiet. Quiet. The mobile home is really spacious and new. It has everything you need to cook, and a kit is provided to start living it such as the dishwasher kit consisting of disposable sponge, dishwasher tablet, and washer-dryer. The outdoor veranda is enjoyable and despite the bad weather we were able to make all the meals outside. Super clean and fragrant house! Congratulations! PS supplied is given a sweet taste coffee machine. Bring the capsules! 😉

Franca's house is perfect. It is located in the beautiful ancient village of Malamocco, a few steps from the bus stop that crosses the Lido and leads to Santa Maria Elisabetta. In the immediate vicinity, there is a minimarket, a takeaway pizzeria, a couple of restaurants (one of which has a restaurant service) and the trattoria da Scarso, specialising in Venetian cuisine, with attention also to gluten-free dishes. In a few minutes by bike (provided by Franca!) you can get to the Alberoni and enjoy the free beach adjacent to the Murazzi or get to the equipped establishment. The house is located in a lovely place, safe for children because it is far from the street. There is everything you need, a kitchen - habitable and welcoming - very well stocked, with a dishwasher and a coffee machine (capsules). The Wi-Fi works well, there is a TV in the living room. In the small inner courtyard, there is a spacious table for outdoor dining. The room is small, but the bed is comfortable. Mosquito nets on all windows!

Very spacious and comfortable apartment a stone's throw from the beach, it has everything you need, very well organised. Nica is a very kind host who provides you with a lot of useful information, it is definitely a highly recommended accommodation

There were four of us, 2 adults and 2 children, and we felt very comfortable. The amenities are great, even a washing machine is available. The beach is within walking distance in 3-4 minutes. Everything is great

Emanuela and Andreas were definitely super hosts. They couldn’t do enough for us and communication was excellent giving us peace of mind. The apartment was wonderful in the most amazing location.

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

Chioggia centro is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the property. The studio directly overlooks the seafront of Sottomarina, which makes everything very pleasant. Very useful parking, right in front of the residence. Very responsive and super friendly host. Thank you
