Beachfront holiday rental in Sosúa

The place was clean and the view is incredible! It is right next to the Sea. The location is on a busy road, so bring earplugs if the noise bothers you. It is up 4 flights of stairs with no elevator. It is walkable to restaurants, bars, and shops. Emelly was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Un endroit magnifique. Le plus bel endroit pour vivre à Cabarette. Les gens sont gentils, l’endroit est très propre. La piscine est de belle grandeur pour faire des longueurs. Prendre des grandes marches sur la plage. Le service de ménage hebdomadaire. Les serviettes de plage. Nous n’avons pas eu la chance d’avoir la terrasse sur le toit mais quand elle sera faite ce sera encore plus magnifique 🤩. Service de restaurant accessible sur le site pour dîner/souper et boissons alcoolisées. À distance de marche des épiceries, bars et restaurants aux menus variés. Luïs répond très rapidement à toutes les demandes. Tout est parfait dans ce super condo!

Posito ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt viele hilfreiche Tipps. Ein sehr netter Mensch. Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Wohnung auch. Das Bett lässt keine Wünsche übrig und es ist alles vorhanden.

Just recently, I visited Puerto Plata and stayed at Mary’s place. It was very cozy, and I loved the colors! The furniture and especially the bed was comfortable. It's within walking distance of the beach, which was a huge plus for me. It’s a cute pink house with a cozy vibe. I would definitely recommend this place. Formidable ! Tout a très bien été. Ubaldo est un hôte extraordinaire. A l'écoute de ses visiteurs et très disponible. Advenant et serviable. Je recommande ses établissements sans retenu. Ces derniers sont très très propres, fonctionnels et bien situés. J'ai été ravi de mon séjour. J'y retournerai.

La casa era exactamente lo que sale en la publicación, Jhoselyn y su gente muy amables, proactivos, cercanos y atentos a cualquier pregunta o recomendación. La playa el encuentro es ideal para ir con los niños y mejor aún si quieren aprender a practicar surf, la casa cercana a supermercados y otras playas en auto, barrio muy tranquilo y seguro. Nosotros fuimos con 5 niños y estábamos muy cómodos, relación precio calidad excelente. Muy recomendable.

This was my 3rd staying at this property. The apartment feels like home! Ambar (property manager) is by far the greatest communicator in the business, super friendly and responsive. I'm coming back to Puerto Plata in August and needless to stay I'll be staying here again!!

Seawinds is in a fantastic spot, and Luis’s unit had everything we could have possibly needed. Having come from winter, we truly appreciated the delightful ocean view and breeze. It was a slice of heaven! We were also grateful for how seamless it was to communicate with Luis. He was incredibly accommodating, and was able to align check-in and check-out times with our flight schedules.

Love the place! Very clean and service was on point! I truly recommend this place. If I come back to Cabarete I’ll defina stay here again!

First off, Luis and his wife are awesome hosts. They picked me up from the apartment I was leaving, and they took me to my new apartment when I left theirs. The apartment itself is like home. The beaches that this complex backs up to are beautiful. I highly recommend this apartment. I would recommend having a rental car, as this is a private and secluded, but beautiful area. If you are reading this Luis, thank you.

Very nice location right on the beach. No sand in the room the place was very clean.

Stefan was a very good and friendly host. Very responsive! He’s good people! The property gave you a front row seat to a beautiful sunrise each morning. The only sound was from the singing birds and gentle crashing waves.

The view is wonderful, we stayed in her apartment many times, in front of beach, many restaurants, delivery service available, wonderful family feeling. Diomivel and Katherine are exceptional hosts. Loved it as always!

Fumigaban (que se entiende y fui avisado de eso) y habían algunas cucarachas obvio en el piso. Muy buena ubicación, negocios y restaurantes y playa cerca. Había un mal entendido quizás de mis preguntas pero todo se resolvió magnífico

This is a great place. Worked perfect for our family. Sam gave us very clear instructions and the place was ready for us when we arrived. Everything you need is right there and the security/facility staff were all very helpful. Loved our time and we will be back.
