Important: The house is under renovation, and the price of the daily rent reflects that there is still work in progress, bathroom and some other rooms. Where it has been renovated, the house maintains a high standard. We live with a cat and two rabbits that will be present. The house is centrally located in Stokmarknes, with walking distance to playground, ski slope, pump track and shops. The sea and hiking trails are right outside the door. Right behind the house you can also take the trip up to Storheia (504m above sea level). The house is family friendly with a play structure, and trampoline.

First floor with a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), a kitchenette with the necessary equipment, a dining area and a bathroom with heating cables. Loft floor (NB: Steep stairs and low under the roof) with bedroom and living room with stunning views of the Vesteråls- and Lofoten mountains. Terrace with outdoor furniture and fire pit. A new house with an old soul – from locally made glass sink in the bathroom, to reclaimed furniture and heirlooms. Ideal for couples or two friends.

Theresestua i Roa

Older, cosy house that is partially under renovation, located in a rural and quiet area 10 km from the centre and a short distance to the convenience store that is open 24 hours. You can enjoy relaxing days near the forest and fields close to a beautiful fjord, as well as wonderful walks in the surrounding area. If you want a stay with a roof over your head, a place to sleep, warmth from the fireplace, the possibility to cook, do laundry, take a shower or just relax, this is a great alternative for lazy, quiet days. Also flexible for short-term rentals.

Here you can enjoy the tranquility and proximity to nature. 100 meters to the nearest fishing waters, nature trails and 500 meters to the sea. Located close to Møysalen National Park, the house is a great starting point for exploring Vesterålen and Lofoten. There are great hiking trails and many opportunities. Enjoy the sun 24/7 in the summer. All amenities are available. You can bring a dog if you clean up after it.

You get free parking on the property, and you live with mountains and sea right outside your door.

After a day of adventure, warm up by the fire or unwind in the sauna while watching the sea and northern lights. A peaceful retreat for nature lovers.

In this modern residence, you can seek peace and relax in a beautiful landscape. It is located rurally at the end of Eidsfjorden in Vesterålen, about 15 km from the center of Sortland. Suitable as a starting point for trips to Øksnes, Andøya, Hadsel and Lofoten. There are also great hiking/summit ski areas right outside the house. The area is rich in sea eagles and there is a high probability that you will be able to spot one. You can also rent a boat for fishing in the fjord.
