We spent two quiet months in Fernanda's accommodation, which was helpful in the contact providing house information, and even putting what we needed at our disposal, which was a very positive point. The house has all the items for a good stay. At the location there is a bus stop nearby and you can walk quietly to the city hall.

An excellent apt, the best that I ever stayed in Sorocaba. It had already been in other facilities in the Red, I didn't like it because of the noise of the highway, but this one did not have this problem. Apto mto novo, td mto clean, note 10.

The stay in Rafael's space was excellent, the apartment is right next to Campolim, a reference neighborhood in gastronomy in the city. The apartment is complete, it has everything you need for a quiet and comfortable stay. Rafael is also extremely kind and polite.

The place is very quiet, it is to go to be disconnected from everything, it does not take a cell phone signal, but the internet via Wi-Fi, supplies this lack of signal, picks up inside the entire area of the house, clean and with plenty of space, it's good to switch off anyway. So I think to make it clear in the announcement, that the housekeeper's house is about 20 meters from the bottom of the house and has a look at the pool and barbecue. We went on the Easter holiday, and the housekeeper received the family on the spot, there were about 15 people, kind of taking away our privacy, but when talking to the owner, this was understood, but both the owner and the housekeeper are extremely helpful and outside this super "indisposition" I recommend Maritacas, because everything is very beautiful and wonderful ... we all love it...

I recommend this Airbnb. Very nice apartment, on the ground floor. Everything was well organised and there was even a letter from the host Sandra with chocolates to welcome us (those details that make the difference). The structure of the rooms is good and the showers are also good. There were five of us and the space accommodated us comfortably.

We thought the house was wonderful, and the location was very good, quiet and safe. We like tranquility, so it was a place to really rest, where you have easy access to markets, pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants. Perfect place for those who want to stay away from busier centres. Debora was an incredible host, from the beginning she helped me with location issues, how to get there more easily, when I arrived she welcomed me with her son, very kind, gave me many tips on where to eat and helped me get to places. Made our arrival time more flexible. I just have to thank you for all the help, we didn't even want to leave lol We will definitely come back more often, I have already guaranteed it and I will be back soon to spend more days!!!

Great location, Mr. Raul is very attentive and super understanding. I was very well attended to in some aspects. The house was rented to 5 employees of the company Vantares, the house was impeccably clean. The service was attentive and efficient, always ready to answer questions and ensure that everything was in order.

Everything is good! Tranquility and contact with nature in this incredible accommodation! There are two houses, one with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, smaller, and the main house. Beautiful and cozy environment, and Isa, the host, is very attentive and a good cook!

A great surprise!!! At first, we were super excited about the photos and conversation with Markus, but when we entered the apartment, our expectations were exceeded beyond lol.
