1. Place Hello, we introduce Hyunhyeon House, a high-rise residence where you can enjoy both ocean and mountain views. It is a 1.5 room and consists of a living room/bedroom/balcony. It is on the 24th floor facing southeast, where you can see the sunrise over the East Sea from the balcony and enjoy the warm sunlight. As this is the place where our family of four Hyun-hyun brothers stay, it is prepared for a comfortable trip. I hope you will have a happy time and great memories in Sokcho.^^ 2. Furniture and fixtures Television, Washing machine, induction, microwave, bidet, towels, shampoo &body wash, toaster, AI speaker, hangers, plates for 4 persons, fry pans, detergent and so on. No free water. 3. Bedding Bedding is replaced and washed every time, and hotel-style bedding is used. If you need additional bedding, set the number of people as adults even if you are traveling with children. A queen-size mattress topper and duvet are provided as an extra. (Basically 4 pillows are provided.) 4. Location 8 mins walk to Sokcho beach. 10 mins walk to Bus terminal. Many trendy and nice restaurants nearby. This area is safe and calm with nice neighborhoods. 5. Facilities Bakery, convenience store, cafe and restaurants in the building. Free parking, free fitness are available. - Fitness: 28th floor, free. We are looking forward to meeting nice guests! 6. Notice Additional cost can be charged when there are some cases such as broken or lost of facilities, unwashed stains on beddings. Strictly no smoking inside the room also at the terrace. To maintain the condition of the room, cooking grilled foods with a lot of smoke is prohibited. (Smoke alarm is activated) Pets not allowed. Late check-out is not allowed. Interim cleaning and towel replacement are not provided to prevent theft or loss of guest belongings. Please use the washing machine, drying rack and wireless vacuum cleaner installed in the room. Parking is available for 1 vehicle. Depending on the building's parking policy, parking is available from 2:00 PM on the check-in day to 2:00 PM on the check-out day. Please understand. Please inform the host of the vehicle number you are using before checking in.
