Thornsberry House is a luxe Wine Country home nestled between the two oldest wineries in California while just 5 minutes from the Sonoma Square. Renovated to accommodate the most discerning traveler, it consists of two separate buildings connected by a breezeway and large deck. Situated on the east side of town, it offers a true escape where one can walk or bike down to Gundlach Bundschu at the end of our street, or soak up the afternoon light from the heated pool, hot tub or a game of bocce.

At the end of a private road (recently redone), the Deer Retreat offers privacy to enjoy the newly renovated pool, the hot tub, and the full outdoor kitchen. With sprawling views of a large private backyard, you will be sure to spot some deers or wild turkeys who call this peaceful place home. When staying inside, you will enjoy the privacy of the 2 large en-suite master bedrooms which are located at opposite ends of the house, or regroup in the large vaulted living room with open kitchen.

Tucked away in the redwoods, this newly furnished home is a serene retreat at Sea Ranch. It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. The main room and the master bedroom are spacious, with views of the forest from every angle. Relax in the most beautiful, secluded setting Sonoma County has to offer. Hilltop views, walking trails right next to the property, and wineries so close, there is one just across the access road to the property. Constructed from trees that once stood where the Barn now stands, makes this property blend in with the natural surroundings. The trees were milled and dried on site. All siding, beams, flooring, basically anything made of wood is sourced from the property.

Deer Ranch is a remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home sitting on four acres of private land, with outdoor decks, hot tub, and plunge pool. This contemporary Frank Lloyd Wright-styled-like home sits on top of a hill with meadows below and towering redwoods that add to a peaceful seclusion getaway, and still only minutes from the hamlet of Occidental (1.3 miles). The pool is open during the summer months only (late May-end of September). The hot tub is on all year-round.
