Holiday rentals with breakfast in Songak-myeon

We had the best of times at this AirBnB! Every morning we had a different breakfast prepared by the host. Always delicious and satisfying. She was very gracious and extremely responsive despite there being a language barrier. The space itself was very tidy and clean. The beds were comfortable. Since each room had a door that leads directly to the courtyard, each room’s occupants were able to come and go without bothering each other. :) There’s a fun food market within walking distance. We got to try a lot of different foods! There’s a lot of cool places to travel to and explore; we highly recommend visiting the local palaces. If we ever get the chance to return to Korea, we would happily stay here again!

This is what I call true love and passion for hosting it shines through every single detail, from the moment I arrived until the end of my stay. This Airbnb truly left me speechless. From the adorable little notes in every corner to the complete set of thoughtful amenities, everything was prepared with such care and heart. It genuinely felt like home. What made it even more special was the surprise welcome gift a delicious homemade japchae! It completely made my day and brought the warmest smile to my face. I was so touched by this kind gesture thank you from the bottom of my heart. I even thought about extending my stay because it was just that perfect. As my first experience in Korea, this has made the trip absolutely unforgettable. Without a doubt, this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever had. Fantastic stay above the rooftops of Seoul! Right in the heart of Seongsu-dong, yet peaceful. Super friendly and helpful host, smooth check-in thanks to the lovely café staff downstairs. The apartment is small (especially the bathroom!), but the rooftop terrace is a dream. The 62 steps are easy—and the view makes it all worth it. Great mix of traditional and trendy spots within walking distance. I felt right at home. Thank you, 선아!

Story when the house, the surroundings, host and the family became part of an unforgettable journey. everything was wonderful, the house is filled with history, the convenience of the bathroom and kitchen, there is everything you need. aesthetics and history in every detail. minimalism and a sense of style of space. pleasant smells, incense and shower products. this house has a big soul. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely, with many great cafés nearby, and it’s close to the metro station, which made everything easy. The host is amazing — kind, helpful, and always available if you need anything. I truly felt at home here. I would definitely stay again!

It was a place to stay for a family trip with children, but it was a very satisfying place to stay. First of all, the location of the accommodation was good, so it was convenient to move to Myeong-dong or Seoul Station Yongsan. The accommodation facilities were clean and pleasant, and the host frequently checked to see if there were any inconveniences, so I felt very cared for. It's a great accommodation that I'd be willing to visit again on my next trip

Stacey was an amazing host and went above and beyond with everything! She assisted us with taxi and helped us order products we wanted. Always responsive. I would recommend Stacey’s stay over and over again!

It was a great place to heal. It was nice that there was a valley right in front of the Baeksaesil, and that you could also do a light hike in Bukaksan Mountain.

Our family of four adults stayed at Gaya's condo for five days. We loved the location. It was very easy to get to the major attractions and more than enough restaurants to choose from. Subway was close by, but we did a lot of walking and took taxi back home when we were tired. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked (we didn't cook at all), but it had everything you need if you choose to cook. The airport pick up arranged by Gaya was a well planned transition from ICN to the condo. That was a very nice treat!!! We arrived at the condo around 9PM and Gaya was there to welcome us and gave us a quick guide to the apartment. Oh, and the fridge was very well stocked up. Thank you Gaya for sharing your home with. Your hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seoul in the future.

Staying at Alexis and Elly’s place was amazing. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. But what made it special were the details that created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In the bathroom, there was everything from a foot scrub to hair oil. In the living room, we found a foot massager, an electric blanket (who knew those existed?!), and many thoughtful touches. The breakfasts and cleaning service? Truly incredible — we’ve never seen that anywhere else. Special highlights: big towels (a rare find in Korea!) and a spacious walk-in closet, which was such a pleasant surprise. Alexis also sent us a detailed guide to Seoul, including a Christmas market we visited — her recommendations were fantastic. It’s clear Alexis and Elly are travelers themselves — they’ve thought of everything a guest might need. And most importantly, we felt their care through every message. Highly recommend this place — it’s one of the best we’ve ever stayed in!

Thank you so much for such a lovely stay! The house was exactly like the photos – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, but not at all scary – we felt very safe the whole time. The place had everything we needed, and all the amenities worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the little touches, like the fully stocked kitchen and the TV in the bedroom where we could relax and watch Netflix after a long day. The bathroom was spotless, and everything smelled fresh and clean. The host was amazing – super responsive, kind, and helpful with any questions we had. Their service really made a difference and made us feel well taken care of. We were genuinely impressed and felt right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area. I booked it and went really urgently, but it was nice that the communication was good because the response was quick. The accommodation was clean and urgent, but it was much better than a motel or hotel. The house was tidy, the bathroom, and it was nice to feel that you paid a lot of attention to everything!

Usually when I see pictures the places look much smaller, but this place looked exactly like the photos. Every detail was the same and it was a perfect space for my family of five. The owner and Coze are very responsive and offer many extras such as help with transportation guidance, orders, and provided many tips on surrounding schools and stores. The area is very quiet, and the air is so fresh. My kids enjoy the creeks and trails and have biked from here to the Han river as the trails are so nice. If you like to hike, the trail head to the mountain is right in front. The walk to the red line is about 12 minutes away, we are surviving without a car and there are buses right in front. Have been here a few months, and we are so happy with our stay here.

This hanook was so delightful and Jooseok was very kind and attentive. He helped us so much to navigate our visit (both to and from the home) Also, the space was beautiful and the neighborhood incredible. It’s very peaceful yet close enough to a popular street to easily access on foot. Wish I could have stayed a week to enjoy it all. I’d love to come back again. Thank you 🙏 🙏🙏

The house is perfect except for the steep hill in front of the house.The host couple was very friendly and comfortable. You have to use NAVER map to get there.Don’t take Google maps or you’ll get lost.

The room was very clean and neat. The house location is very easy to find as well. A bit far from the center but convenient for buses. The train stop is about 1km ~ 15p walk, if lazy, can call a taxi to the train station for ~5kw.

a beautiful stay! wish i stayed longer. the breakfast was amazing and delicious. the helpers on the property are so kind and generous. the building is taken care of and the rooms are small but very comfy! the bathrooms are nicely renovated. i highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.
