Al situarse en una planta alta (acceso mediante escaleras, sin ascensor), el apartamento goza de una excelente ventilación y luminosidad. 🛋️ Salón: Espacio amplio equipado con sofá cama doble, Smart TV que funciona a través de aplicaciones de streaming y tendrás entretenimiento a tu disposición en todas las plataformas a las que estés suscrito y wifi de alta velocidad. Los ventanales inundan la estancia de luz, creando un ambiente perfecto para el descanso. 🍴Cocina: De diseño compacto pero equipada con lavavajillas, horno, microondas, vitrocerámica de 3 fuegos y menaje completo. 🧼Aseo / Zona de lavandería: Un práctico servicio adicional en esta planta que incluye lavadora y secadora, ideal para optimizar el espacio en estancias de cualquier duración. -Lavadora-secadora disponible para su conveniencia. 🛏️ Planta ático (Dormitorio suite): Se accede a través de una escalera interna privada. 🛏️ Dormitorio: Habitación principal con cama doble, zona de almacenaje y ventanas tipo Velux en el techo que permiten ver el cielo. 🚿 Baño: Baño completo privado en la misma planta del dormitorio, con plato de ducha, lavabo, inodoro, secador de pelo y espacio para artículos personales. Servicios y climatización: Sistema de aire acondicionado y radiadores para garantizar el confort térmico durante todo el año. 🅿️ Parking incluido: También, si vienes con coche, el piso dispone de plazas de garaje pero con disponibilidad limitada. Por favor, confírmame si la necesitarás al realizar tu reserva y podré confirmarte 1 día antes del check in si estará disponible. 🔔 IMPORTANTE: El sistema de agua funciona mediante termo eléctrico. Se recomienda un consumo moderado; en caso de agotarse, el tiempo de recuperación es de aproximadamente 30-40 minutos. - El apartamento cuenta con un sensor de ruido para garantizar el respeto a las horas de descanso. - Espacio libre de humo: No está permitido fumar en el alojamiento. En caso de incumplimiento, se aplicará un cargo de 50€ para cubrir la limpieza del espacio. -Entrada y salida (Check-in/out): La entrada es presencial. Por favor, contáctame a través de la app para organizar tu llegada. El horario habitual de entrada es a las 15:00h de forma presencial. Puedo ser flexible con el horario siempre que la disponibilidad de los huéspedes salientes lo permita. Late Check-in: - Llegadas a partir de las 22:00 tiene un coste adicional de 20€. - Llegadas a partir de las 00:00 tiene un coste adicional de 30€. - Cuidado de llaves: Se te hará entrega de dos juegos de llaves. Por favor, asegúrate de mantener las llaves siempre contigo. La pérdida de las llaves conlleva una penalización de 100€. El olvido de la llave o apertura por medio de un cerrajero o persona con llave adicional es de 50€. - Limpieza y mantenimiento: Confiamos en que mantendrás el alojamiento en perfectas condiciones. Si el piso requiere de una limpieza profunda a la hora del check out, se aplicará un cargo adicional. Igualmente, si los textiles (toallas, sábanas, mantas, etc.) presentan manchas difíciles de eliminar, se podrá aplicar un coste extra según la complejidad de su reparación o limpieza. - Disponemos de cuna y trona para bebé previa solicitud. - Para tu comodidad, el apartamento dispone de un tendedero portátil destinado para ese uso dentro de la vivienda. Te agradezco tu colaboración para preservar el orden y la imagen de la comunidad durante tu estancia. - Fianza: En determinados casos, es posible que solicite una fianza adicional para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas y la tranquilidad de los vecinos. - Solicitaré la firma de un contrato temporal a cada inquilino, que se enviará antes del ingreso en el piso de forma telemática. Es algo adicional que estamos obligados a hacer por normativa municipal y para mayor seguridad del inquilino y de la propiedad. - NO SEGUIR LAS NORMAS DE LA CASA PUEDE SUPONER LA PÉRDIDA DE LA FIANZA Y LA CANCELACIÓN DE LA RESERVA.

Cozy little house close to the capital, in a quiet and safe area, with ample garden. It has a room with a double bed, a single sofa bed and a full bathroom, another room with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, another full bathroom, a kitchen and a large garden with a barbecue, a dining area, a playground and a parking space. Public transport a few meters to get to the capital, shops and nearby leisure area. Possible noise from Monday to Friday due to school and nearby works.
