Experience peaceful surroundings in cozy cabin with proximity to the lake far away from a hectic everyday life. Sandalen is a family-friendly place at the heart of peaceful Skifjorden, and can be reached both by car and boat. Boat space and rowboat can be entered by agreement. You have what you need of equipment to enjoy the cabin life and tranquility. Everything is set up to enjoy the good life, breakfast on the terrace, listening to birds chirping, the view to the sea and the nature surrounding you.

Welcome to the holiday paradise Dingja, a beautiful village in beautiful nature, sea breeze, fine-grained sandy beach, and dominant mountains that frame Dingevatnet. This is the place for those seeking peace and quiet, swimming life, mountains and fishing trips. Down at the harbor in Dingja there is a kiosk with food, fuel, washing machine and boat rental. The cabin has two beds of 120 cm and two of 75 cm. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. No Internet or television. No smoking.

Cozy cabin by the sea

Dingja is small village at the inlet of the famous Sognefjorden. A perfect place for fishing, fjord adventures and hiking, but also for a relaxing time in the middle of beautiful Norwegian nature. The cabin was once a pig barn, now renovated to be a cozy cabin in the middle of the village close to the harbour, beach, water and great hiking possibilities. Åse runs the general store and the marina, where its possible to rent boats and a sauna. Parking outside - or ask us for transportation.

There will be linens (bedding covers) for 5 persons. You have to put them on yourself. There will also be towels for you, so you do not have to bring any of that. In the basement you will find garbage bags that you take to the next village and drop it in the container in the neighboring village that says "FOR HYTTER" (For cottages).

Here the kids can lie on the floating dock to see big fish and crabs bite on the hook or catch small fish and crabs with a pile on the great beach. Here you can take the fishing rod in the boat or in the kayaks to discover the beautiful and diverse archipelago, with teeming wildlife both below and above the water surface.

The cabin is located in beautiful Dingja in the outer Sognefjord. The apartment consists of the entire ground floor of the cabin. It is surrounded by pleasing nature, and the ripple of the river that is running close by has a calming effect.
