The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator, it is close to restaurants and the city center. The price includes a parking space in the garage.
