On the first floor, there is a living room with ocean views and a bedroom with an interior balcony, as well as another bathroom. On the second floor, there is the master bedroom with an ocean view and a desk, two double bedrooms, one with an interior balcony, and the third bathroom. The living room has a fireplace for winter.

The house is a traditional mallorcan and has a sitting area plus fully equipped kitchen downstairs, floor 1: large bathroom with bathtube and 1 bedroom and upstairs another seating area and bedroom plus lovely sunny roof terrace with breathtaking mountain views. There is a casita/room by pool, where to be al fresco ideal for kids or siesta + toilet next to it.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, and infrared heating in the bathroom for cooler days. A beautiful fireplace creates a much more harmonious warmth, perfect for enjoying a tea and relaxing with a view of the Tramuntana after a day of hiking in our woods. Our house in the heart of Sollér was built over 300 years ago. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests the wonderful charm of a historic Spanish town house with modern comforts. The combination of old stone walls, exposed ceiling beams and wooden window shutters with modern and cozy furniture, a new kitchen and new bathrooms give our guests a comfortable feeling of arrival and well-being from the very first moment. We refurnished the house in sommer 2022.

Ca'n Puig de Sòller has been in the family for over 100 years. We have preserved and restored the original furniture and combined it with modern comfort. We have a beautiful 19th century garden, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. We use local and sustainable products and services.
