Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom with a toilet and a shower (there is already a door) and a large living room with a kitchen, a dining room and a covered veranda of 20m2. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with 3 sleeping places (a bed and 2 mattresses on pallets). The house is comfortable for 2 families.

There is fishing available on nearby ponds. The area is rich in bird and insect life. This is a wild secluded oasis for those tired of the city noise.

Large functional kitchenette (microwave, oven, stove, fridge with freezer). The cottage is located on a 5000-meter plot, the area is very quiet.
