Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom with a toilet and a shower (there is already a door) and a large living room with a kitchen, a dining room and a covered veranda of 20m2. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with 3 sleeping places (a bed and 2 mattresses on pallets). The house is comfortable for 2 families.

The southern border of the plot is marked by the Ugoszcz River. The house, built of logs over a hundred years ago, today becomes a place of workshops and meetings. This is a place where we invite you to meet nature, another person, and yourself.

There are two ponds on the plot, and behind them there is direct access to the river. There are bike trails nearby, peace and quiet. A Russian banya is available for an additional fee of PLN 300. There is a fire pit, an orchard, and a large chill-out space.
