For your maximum comfort and relaxation, we offer the facilities of the entire cottage with 4 bedrooms and the possibility of accommodating up to 20 people (13 fixed beds + 7 futon beds). Facilities include a sauna (for a fee). The price includes all energy and cleaning.

The new and barrier-free apartment with two rooms is located within walking distance to the Plešivec ski slope/children's ski park, toboggan run and trail park. Cross-country tracks start right next to the house. The apartment includes a picturesque terrace overlooking the mountains and an outdoor seating area. The apartment has an above-standard large lockable ski/bicycle room that can accommodate up to 4 bicycles and is also equipped with a ski dryer.

Ideal for one larger family, for two families with children who go on a trip together or for two couples. We've already had a group of ten people who don't mind sharing a bedroom, because they're out all day. But you can also be here just the two of you :)

Autobusové a vlakové nádraží 5 minut od apartmánu.

Our new apartment Silvestr no.2 is located at the beginning of Dolní Rychnov and is close to the exit from R6 (ideal location for trips to the surrounding area) and offers complete privacy and private parking. In case of booking both of our apartments, it is possible to accommodate up to 12 people.
