Apartment "Vera" is located in a great location in the most beautiful street with a row of birches. Nearby are the excursion sites "Borici" and Cuka-park", and it is 350 m away from the main promenade. The apartment is comfortable, with an area of 62 m2. It consists of a spacious living room that opens onto a 5 m2 lodge, a kitchen with a dining room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. It is suitable for 4-5 people. The apartment is fully equipped, WiFi internet, IPTV, parking space, LED TV with a 52-inch diagonal.

"Ana 4" Apartment

The apartment is located on the second floor of our accommodation facility and covers an area of 60m2. It consists of a living room with a complete kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms. One has a French bed, and the other has 2 single beds (for a maximum of four people), bathrooms and two terraces. All doors and windows have PLISA mosquito nets and ALU blinds, and the walls have thermal insulation, which allows for a comfortable stay in the summer and winter months. The apartment also has central heating.

Studio apartment "Ana 6"

Apartment-studio "Ana 6" is located on the second floor of our accommodation facility and covers an area of 30m2. It has a French bed, an extra bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway. This is the only apartment in our offer that unfortunately does not have a terrace. There are PLISA mosquito nets and ALU blinds on the windows, and thermal insulation on the walls, which allows a comfortable stay in the summer and winter months. The apartment also has central heating.

Milutinn Wisteria

The two-bedroom Studio is located on the second floor and has an area of 55m2. It is oriented southeast overlooking Villa “Dalmatia”. It has one French, one single and two Grof beds to accommodate up to seven people. It has its own bathroom, kitchenette with hood and fridge, table and chairs, night cabinets, wardrobe, two TVs, Wi-Fi internet and has its own terrace of 33m2.

Milutinn accommodation is located in the center of Sokobanja behind Milošev Konak and the “Milk Restaurant” of the current Amam café, at 8 Vojvode Mišića Street.
