Our stay was a week and we were able to enjoy a lot of calm, good landscapes and country trails 2 minutes from the house. Soledad sends you a lot of information about routes, villages and restaurants and is pending 24/7. It never took more than a few minutes to answer any messages I sent her during my stay. Our butano canister was finished and we had it changed in 20 minutes. The place is very well cared for and the facilities are of good quality. They even have the detail of having things like salt and pepper, aromatic candles or tuppers at your disposal. Everything you need to live with the essentials for a few days. Small tip for future clients: If you stay longer than 2 or 3 days I recommend leaving the towels in the shower to dry out of the bathroom as it is a very wet room and they will get a bit of a damp smell. Overall it was a very quiet and relaxing stay, a good change of city life.

The house & location is in a very small village up in the North of Portugal. Perfect getaway for us coming from a busy part of Portugal! We enjoyed our stay at the place, and highly recommend it to anyone considering booking. It was clean, super spacious & had a trampoline & small climbing course for my kids!

We stayed for 4 nights at this peaceful and secluded farmhouse, visiting friends in neighbouring Castelo Branco. Rogério was there to meet us after an 8 hour drive from Southern Spain with a welcoming drink and home made pastries and he spent 45 minutes explaining about the location and its history; he really is super friendly. The house truly is a home from home filled with his treasures, games and even a keyboard. As mentioned in other reviews the dog did bark constantly but Rogerio had already flagged this and offered to move him. we used the house only as a base however and he did not unduly bother us. It was a great stay and we made full use of the wood burning fire which kept the house cosy and warm however it did smoke a bit leaving everything we owned with a memorable dour of woodsmoke. It’s great value and our friends who live in the area visited one evening and fell in love with its rustic charm, they are going to book a couple of nights for themselves in the summer.

Very nice house, beautiful setting. We couldn't do anything nearby because our car broke down, but we did a route that left the village and we got lost taking a walk around the village, everything was beautiful. Looking forward to returning to discover more about the area. The views are unbeatable. Not to mention Carmen and Macu, always attentive and helpful. We had a great time and were very comfortable.

Excellent house! 11 people with very good conditions. Lots of games, books, guitars and very comfortable. We'll be back! But we'll want to use the pool too. I recommend it 200%

The listing is just as it's defined in the listing. Everything was impeccable. Communication with the host at all times has been good, very responsive. I leave some welcome details that are to be appreciated. We went with a baby and it was the host who offered us crib so we didn't have to bring us. Extremely calm site, with total privacy and all the comfort necessary for a quiet and relaxing weekend. The house is equipped with all the amenities and the terrace, with jacuzzi at the ideal temperature, provides a breathtaking view. The owner was always very accessible and attentive, giving helpful suggestions on places to visit and where to eat nearby. Access is easy and there is a supermarket nearby that offers home delivery service, which has made the stay even more practical and comfortable. An experience we recommend!

Rita is a good-hearted person. We felt like at home. The place was great. Rita gave us fruit from her garden and was always there for us. I recommend a holiday in Rita's Air BnB 200% :-) happy to come back!
