Unique architect-designed nesting cottage in the powder paradise of Sogndal ski center Hodlekve. The cottage is 120 sqm and practically furnished with two bedrooms with double bed, loft with double bed and TV/bedroom with two single beds/sofa. The cabin has a laundry room with its own entrance where it is great to dry clothes after a long day on the ground. Ski in/out, and parking for multiple cars. Old cozy timber house from 1835. Renovated in 2014, new bathroom, new kitchen, loft with 2 beds and a bedroom with a double bed. Stova has me kept in old style. The house is located on a farm where there is a sheepholding. Great space if you want to roleize surroundings . We have a cat on the farm. Nice view over Sognefjord. Imagine a few days where you can disconnect from everyday life and instead disconnect from nature. Sharpen your senses, wake up to the sound of birdsong and magnificent views of the Sognefjord. Just row, silence, whizz over the pine crowns and burn the wood stove. Seldalen is an old spring sturgeon with a traditional, simple western Norwegian sturgeon cottage. Don't expect sun every day -nature is weather and you have to adapt to it! Walk from fjord to mountain, enjoy the vertical landscape and end the day with a refreshing bath in Huldrekulpen.

Nice hikes nearby, including Vallestadfossen waterfall which is 500 meters away. mountain hikes are also nearby. Below the cabin it is possible to fish trout (small) in the river. This free. Nearest town is Førde which is 30 mins away. Haukedalsvatnet is about 500 meters away from the cabin, where you can buy a fishing license. Here is a nice place to find peace.

Our beautiful 3 room ground floor apartment is available for rent. Perfect suitable for a couple, a small family or 2-4 friends. Two separate bedrooms. Linen and towels are included. The "Firehouse" was built in 2004 with everything of modern qualities. There are heating cables in the floor, a private terrace, a great wood-burning oven and cultivation area just outside. The house has a bedroom and a loft. Just outside the door you will find popular hiking and biking trails. 6 min drive to Sogndal center, 4 min away is Kaupanger center with grocery and ViteMeir center, nice for big and small! 2 min away you will find pool, playground and gym.

At the top of the cabin area in Hodlekve you’ll find this beautiful cabin. Amazing view, great sun and high standards are some of the features. Despite its modest 50 sqm, the high ceiling gives a good feeling of spaciousness. Should you need more space, the annex is also available for rent. Washer/dryer, TV, WIFI, bluetooth speaker, kitchenware, firewood and bedding/towles is included in the price. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask.
