Quel plaisir de découvrir ce magnifique lieu en cours d'aménagement, très beau et reposant. Petya, Dido et leur fille nous ont accueillis de manière très chaleureuse et nous avons partagé un agréable moment ensemble. La maison est aménagée de manière esthétique et confortable, les conditions rustiques ne nous ont pas dérangés. Le jardin est très joli et il y a la possibilité de faire une belle balade en partant de la maison. Nous recommandons donc vivement ce lieu et ses hôtes!

Изключително мил домакин. Погрижи се също за сутришното ни кафе, което не влизаше в задълженията. Също така, бяхме приятно изненадани от домашно приготвен ябълков щрудел когато се настанихме.

An artistic and cosy mountain chalet near Borovets

We were a group of eight people and stayed at Ljubov’s place in March. The house is located in a small mountain village, right at the entrance of Beli Iskar. It was just as described, with three separate bedrooms on the second floor, one bedroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms on the ground floor. Additionally, there were two wide couches that were very comfortable for sleeping, which we also used. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need—various dishes, glasses, kettles, pans, etc. Tea, coffee, and spices were also available. All the bedrooms were beautiful and warm, with clean linen, and most had their own bathrooms. There are ski resorts and nature trails nearby. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy. Ljubov is incredibly kind, friendly, responsive, and welcoming, always willing to help in any situation. We hope to come back soon!

Perfect place, perfect host! This was exactly what we were looking for – a peaceful retreat close enough to Sofia, yet surrounded by wild, untouched nature. The sound of the stream by the house and the remote, quiet setting were magical. We love good food, morning runs, and road trips – and this spot was ideal. Nearby restaurants and a local supermarket made everything convenient. The apartment is beautifully equipped: two kitchens, great coffee, a cozy shower, relaxing patio and garden. And Hadas? An exceptional host – always available, incredibly helpful, and truly went above and beyond. Thanks to her we had amazing hikes, great food, and a perfectly planned trip. Highly recommended!

Great location for a short trip to Sofia as everything is in walkable distance and there's a direct metro connection to the airport right in front of the flat. The flat was super nice and clean, the hosts were easy to reach and replied really fast.

My cozy home in Bistritsa- Vitosha

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

We had absolutely marvelous time at Petya's place, the apartment is very cozy, furnished with style, very homey and comfortable. There is everything you need, full stock kitchen, spotlessly clean bathroom with a bath, perfect wifi if you need to work from home, smart TV with streaming platforms, a lot of games and toys for a kid. I loved the aesthetic of the place. It was only me and my partner, but I highly recommend for couples with a small child.

Страхотно място за голяма компания, перфектно оборудвано за зимата! Удобни стаи за всички, големи общи помещения подходящи за прекарване на време с компанията. Отделни баня и тоалетна за всяка стая. Добре отоплена и изолирана къща с лесен контрол на температурата. Хостът е много отзивчив, приветлив и разбран. Обяснява всичко за къщата в детайли и отговаря веднага на въпроси :)

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Hosts were at our disposal at all times, every question was answered and they provided us very detailed instructions about everything we asked. The house is great, it is very well equipped, you can feel at home right away. Recommend the place 100%, events there can be a blast, but you can also rest in the backyard and at the jacuzzi!

The location is fabulous. I’m travelling with my dog and staying opposite South Park was amazing. Stepping into Valentin’s place is like stepping into a family home. That might not suit some who prefer a more modern or minimalist style. Five stars to host Ivo who was great to communicate with and an excellent help throughout our whole stay. The place was warm and comfortable and had everything you need for a longer stay in Sofia. I recommend it.

Apartment was exactly as listed and the host went out of their way to make us feel at home and even provided additional benefits to help our stay, this included a cot for our 5 month daughter. He was great at communicating and we would definitely stay again.
