In front of the sea in Futtsu City, Chiba Prefecture, we created an energy independent eco house that is not connected to electric wires. A thoughtful house that also won the Japan Eco House Grand Prize. I make my own electricity and use it myself.This is a new style of private accommodation where you can experience such an eco-friendly life. This is an old private house with a 110-year history, similar to a traditional Kyoto townhouse, located on Otaki Castle Town Street, known as the Little Edo of Boso. Otaki Castle (one of the Tokugawa Ieyasu Shitenno Honda) and nationally designated important cultural properties are preserved, and the old castle town, which is rare in Chiba, spreads nostalgia. It is a location with sea, mountains, river play, and a canyon with Kuroyu Onsen.(Within 10-30 minutes by car) You can use it as a base to enjoy the nature of Boso.Wakasagi fishing on Takau Falls Lake and the magnetic reversal of hundreds of thousands of years ago, Chivanian is world famous.(Visitor Center will open in 3 years) Our facility is located in a spot overlooking the Isogawa River, and the ground is bedrock. When you come by car, it is 20 minutes from Ken-o Expressway Ichihara Tsurumai Interchange. It takes 80 minutes by express bus from Tokyo Station to Otaki. It is less than 1 hour by car from Haneda Airport and 1 hour and 10 minutes by car from Narita Airport. The nearest station is Otaki Station, a 12-minute walk.(Due to the derailment of the Isumi Railway, some sections will be the Isumi Railway alternate bus)
