Family Villa Lake View in Moara Vlăsiei, Ilfov, offers a spacious living area with large windows opening to a terrace overlooking the lake and forest. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen, and 3 terraces, one with direct access to the lake. Located in the "Natura 2000" Reserve, it has parking, underfloor heating, A/C, an electric fireplace, Smart TV, internet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Nearby, guests can enjoy hiking in forest, biking, and fishing.

The Rose Farm, accommodation & event venue

Our garden is easily accessed from National Road 1(DN1) in Ciolpani. The pool is 6x3x1,5 meters, the big gazebo has 110 square meters and can accomodate up to 64 persons at chairs and tables leaving enough room for dancing and placing the food inside in case of bad weather. The house has 3 apartments and a summer kitchen. Each apartment has separate entrance, AC, living, bedroom and bathroom. Two apartments have a kitchenette. There is a playground and lots of other outdoor playing games.

The house in the garden is built by us personally, for guests. It is made up of a bedroom with a bar/office area and a bathroom. We also have a traditional tub with stove and salt water prepared by the balaceala available between September and May with 24hr notice and for a fee of 150RON. The cottage is isolated from the big house, it has privacy and its own outdoor relaxation area when the weather allows. It is the ideal location for overnight after an event in the area!
