Haven on Bigelow Pond

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Only three kms. from downtown Smithers, hidden from sight on Hudson Bay Mountain Road. A bird watchers haven, and ample wildlife. We are on the way to the ski hill, close to mountain bike trails, can go hiking right from the back door. If you a fisherman, we have lots of room to turn your boat around. Located half a block from Main Street, many amenities within walking distance. This is a cozy suite in a stand alone house. It has a gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. It has one queen sized bed in a large bedroom. We can also provide a single sized foam mattress for the floor upon request for a third guest. For those with mobility issues there are three steps to enter. Please note that we have a smart tv for streaming services, no cable connection

Leo’s log home was a perfect fit for our vacation with our grown children. Lots of space for everyone. Quiet location with a fenced yard for our dogs. The views of the mountains and glacier are amazing. We did have a minor issue with the water, which Leo was very quick to resolve. All around it’s a great place, we will definitely be staying there in the future.
