We really enjoyed the outdoor space the most which had an extra nice touch with real plants and flowers. The extra parking right by the house was nice for my family to come and visit. Thank you for having us!

This place is a beautiful location. The house is great for a large family to enjoy the outdoors. Host were great and very helpful.

We loved our stay! The private hot tub with the view of the water and the forrest made for very relaxing evenings. We highly recommed.

What a great place and great host! First of all, the place is very clean. The bathrooms upstairs are updated and very well done. As you can see from the pictures, the home is right on the lake. We absolutely loved the screened porch for spending mornings & evenings and enjoying the surroundings. Inside, all the rooms are very clean. Kitchen has everything you need. 3 BR upstairs and one downstairs. Great game room downstairs with arcade machine and foosball table. If you love birds, this is great place since there is a bird sanctuary literally next door. (We saw a bald eagle twice, plus Baltimore orioles and a ton of bluebirds). If you love the lake, the dock is well designed and easy to use for fishing and boats. I caught a lot of fish (mostly catfish, plus bass, sunfish & crappie). Kayaks are great as well. Also, Abbye is so responsive and kind. She answered texts immediately. The only potential minuses are the steep stairs to the game room and the sound from the nearby bridge.

This place was exactly what I needed for our family of 8. Everything was exactly how it was described. Great location too for us, as my family lives here in Tyler. Great Restaurants also very close, as well as Grocery stores, and shopping. Came in for a funeral for my mom who was in Hospice care. But God had other plans. My son and his family drove in from Florida, having car trouble along the way. Thankfully they arrived safely. Took car to shop, which ended up being there longer than expected. The rest of my family needed to head back home. My daughter in law having to get a rental to head back to Florida, due to my grandchildren needing to get back for school. Knowing I needed to stay with my son I contacted Gustavo to extend our stay. Thankfully he could! Gustavo was great as far as quick responses to my requests. Very helpful with all of my requests. The layout of this house was perfect. Beds were extremely comfortable. Quiet neighborhood as well. Five Stars for sure!

We loved this place and would absolutely stay again! It’s adorable and tucked back enough for a little privacy but not a far drive from restaurants. It was clean, exactly as described, and check-in and check-out were simple.

This was our first AirBnB stay and was made last minute. We needed special accommodation for Truck/trailer parking. Sharon was very responsive to messages, even very last minute ones, had accommodations available, and even met us by the entrance when we got there to make sure we got to the cabin/parking easily. Great experience all the way around! Definitely recommended!

My family celebrated Easter here and it was a great experience. It was a very suitable home for our three young children. The fenced grassy yard with the play set allowed them to play outside as much as they wanted, which is a huge plus! The home was clean and had everything we needed. Having a store just a couple minutes down the road was super convenient. Savanna’s recommendations about the area and local restaurants were helpful. We loved Wade’s Place! Other features we loved include the movie/game room, TVs in every bedroom, access to washer/dryer, and the spacious patio area. The property definitely matched the pictures and description. We feel lucky to have been able to spend the holiday weekend here! I would 100% recommend this listing to any family needing a kid-friendly place to stay.

Great place for our weekend stay in Tyler. There were six of us and we were very comfortable. Updated and clean house with very tasteful furnishings. Very clean kitchen and bathrooms. Quiet place to rest and relax.
