Loved the barn house! It had everything we needed and more. So clean and well maintained. Lots of room for us and our teens, great to have big tables for meals and board games. Definitely recommend!

Bonnie was incredibly sweet and helpful. We had an absolute blast. There was 7 huge dead fish floating by the dock because of the weather that came (Tornado), but that is not the Hosts fault. We caught tons of different fish varieties and we slept great there too which is uncommon for us! The dock is huge with plenty of space to fish, however the ramp to get to the dock has fallen making it unsafe for anyone with mobility issues. The ground from beneath washed away so the ramp needs to be redone which Bonnie plans to do asap. Overall we would definitely recommend! Easy hosts to work with, very helpful and kind.

They were flexible with early check-in and very responsive. The place overall had a great amount of space and organization. It was very clean with lots of amenities. We had a comfortable stay with our 2 kids and 2 dogs.

Greg is a great person. He was receptive to my locking myself out. He also was good at the information provided about the local downtown area. The maps inside the living room were also helpful.

The house is beautiful. It's very new. It had everything we needed. Nancy responded quickly when I needed to communicate with her. I would love to rent the house again. I think this is the best Airbnb in Tyler.

Overall, a really great place to- despite the massive rainfall that made me dock unusable the last two days. The giant windows overlooking the water were gorgeous and the air conditioning was ice cold! The master bed was pretty hard and the pillows were a little flat. We ended up having to grab a mattress topper and some pillows from Walmart after the first night. But the kids loved it and it was plenty of space for us!

Just a one night stay, but it worked great for our short visit. Clean and good location to get around town.

This home was a cozy, peaceful escape from the city. It was just as described and had everything we needed for a few days of R&R. The pond and trees made the location feel very secluded and like we had it all to ourselves. Justin was responsive and provided clear instructions for check in and for finding the house (which is a bit hidden). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Michael was a great host. He includes all the cleaning tools and items for easy self- cleaning. The place was very clean and peaceful. The area felt very safe. Beautiful park in a walkable distance. Plentiful of parking spaces on the street in front of the houses. I felt very much at home.

Booked to attend Canton First Monday Trade Days. Villa area was super quiet. Hot tub was a great way to end out day and rest out legs from all of our junkin! Had a few needs and Host was immediate to address and very kind. Would recommend.

Steve and Kim made everything feel like home. From the local bakery treat waiting for me on day 1 to the very last day, they made me feel so welcome in their home. Amazing and peaceful little house. Great experience all around.
