Farmhouse in the middle of a wild garden

Our cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Ostrý, which is surrounded by vast pastures and forests of the Jistebnická vrchovina Natural Park. Previously, there was a farmhouse with only stables and nesting swallows. Around the cottage is a large natural garden, which we use in part as a utility and partly as an ornamental. On one side the garden is ended with a pond, a road and a neighboring house, from the other sides it crosses into the open countryside. A cat lives in the garden and in the house and in the yard of a chicken.

A great place to stay in a quiet and picturesque setting. The cottage is spacious (even for 5 people) and functionally furnished. It has the charm of an old cottage, but is modernly equipped and comfortable. The children enjoyed the garden and the playground at the nearby village square. There are great walks and trips to do in the area. In Nová Vožica, which is a short walk, you can shop for good food. We definitely recommend it.

Beautiful, newly renovated and newly furnished holiday home on a great property, at a good price. Overall, a bit remote, but still easy to find. For one night, it was perfect for us (2 adults and 1 child) to go to Prague the next morning (less than an hour from the capital). Unfortunately, we couldn't try the restaurant next door because we arrived at 9:30 pm and the kitchen had already closed. But the Lidl is very close 😁 We are more than happy to recommend!

Glamping - Secluded Shepherd's Hut in nature

Jan's place is very very nice, we enjoyed the time together with our dog there. It is very quiet, you can enjoy the nature and the many lakes. We often made a fire in the evening, used the pizza oven and had breakfast on the terrace. The shepherd's wagon is simple and very cozy, you can cook well and we slept well. Water for the outside shower is available in the village at a source 5 minutes by car. We will be happy to come back!
