Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

Erfüllen Sie sich einen Kindheitstraum – die Übernachtung im Baumhaus zwischen den Baumwipfeln ist einzigartig, gemütlich und bietet eine tolle Aussicht ins Kremstal. Das Baumhaus Imbach bietet bequem Platz für zwei Personen. Auf dem Schlafsofa können weitere zwei Personen übernachten. Von der Unterkunft aus lässt es sich bestens zu den verschiedensten Ausflügen aufbrechen: in die Wachau, nach Krems oder ins Waldviertel. Aber auch die Hauptstadt Wien liegt nur eine Stunde entfernt.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

70 m² Gemütlichkeit in einem historischen Altbau im kleinen Weinort Jetzelsdorf. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und ist funktional eingerichtet. Es gibt einen großen geschlossenen Hof-Garten mit Sitz-, Ess- und Endspann-Möglichkeiten im Freien. Die große Einfahrt bietet Platz für Fahrräder. Viele themenbezogene Radtouren sind möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 1 km Entfernung. Viele Winzer laden zum Verkosten ihrer Weine.

Celý interiér působí velmi útulným dojmem. Celý pobyt umocňuje výhled na vinice,které jsou kouzelné v jakémkoli ročním období.
