We had a great stay! The place was just like the pictures – clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you might need. The location is top and ideal for exploring the area. Also absolutely fair in terms of price. Everything was exactly like it was in the description. A small note: The kitchen cabinets inside could be a little cleaner – but this was really just a small thing and didn't cloud our positive overall impression. We would come back anytime!

We felt right at home! Great central accommodation with everything you need. Restaurants and supermarket very close. Nevertheless, quiet. Only a few minutes' walk to the beautiful beach. Parking, garage with space for bicycles, washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, toaster, stool for children, cozy furnishings, etc. We didn't miss anything. Communication with Carola was very nice and straightforward. Really great!

Wonderfully furnished apartment in a terraced corner house with a large well-kept garden, many seating areas, views of the dune and sky, only 5 minutes' walk to the beach, 2 great beach bars within walking distance, spacious beach. Comfortable beds and sofa. My dog loved it too!

We spent two wonderful nights at Monica's, the three of us. Upon our arrival, she greeted us with great warmth and kindness that immediately put us at ease. She explained everything to us very clearly, in excellent French, and she remained available at all times to answer our questions. We felt like we were at a family member's house, it was really nice. The environment is quiet and relaxing, and the apartment perfectly matches the description. A big thank you to Monica for this great stay! Top!

Our stay in Breskens was fantastic, which was due to the great apartment and the warm hospitality of Ann. The location of the apartment is unbeatable: direct views of the beach, sea and harbor – simply magnificent! The apartment is very nice and well maintained. It is also an ideal starting point for walks along the coast and beautiful bike rides in the area. We can recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in Breskens. We had a great time over new years. It's a really cozy home and the fire place was a big plus. We could also see ourselves sitting in the backyard during summer. Lot of beautiful cities nearby, like Brugge or Gent. Would definitely come back again.

We felt right at home in Carina's apartment. The kitchen is high-quality and fully equipped, so that nothing is left to be desired. There are also various games for all ages. We especially liked the immediate proximity to the beach, the garden and the playground in front of the door. If there were any questions, Carina always got back to us promptly and was able to help! very comfortable. The accommodation corresponded exactly to the information in the description and offered space for two families. In total we had four bedrooms, and one of them even had an integrated shower which was perfect for the almost adult daughter. We will be happy to come again.

Karins place was nice and clean and we loved the very uncomplicated and friendly communication. The little garden is also lovely arranged. You can visit a lot of nice places from the house - however, a car will be mandatory as there are only few opportunities to explore close by. For us, it was great value for price.

We had a very nice stay with the whole family in Caroline's house. The accommodation has a great garden, is super furnished and the beach is really close. The only drawback for us was the three beds on the upper floor. These are significantly smaller or shorter than the standard adult size we are familiar with. Since we were still travelling with a baby, we were not really flexible with regard to the room layout, so that in some cases men had to squeeze into the small beds. Unfortunately, this was not recognisable to us in the pictures in advance and also not mentioned in the description. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the stay overall!

We were with a group of 20 people – children and adults – in this accommodation and had a great time all around! The house is excellently equipped and offers enough space for everyone. We were particularly pleasantly surprised by the great amenities - everything you need for a relaxing stay was available. The location is also ideal: the beach is only a two-minute walk away, which is of course a big plus for families with children. Everything else is also easily accessible and the surroundings are very pleasant. We can recommend this accommodation without reservation – perfect for larger groups and families who appreciate comfort, proximity to the sea and a beautiful ambience.

We loved Paul's apartment, especially because of the fantastic view. In addition, the apartment is very nicely furnished and well equipped, so we were also able to provide ourselves well. The communication with Paul worked great, he was very helpful and was able to give us many tips for activities, even with a toddler. We had a wonderful time at Paul's place and can highly recommend it.

Marc is very friendly, responds very quickly to Airbnb and also private. Brought things we missed right away and gratefully took tips we gave. Definitely a location to go to, close to everything!!

The accommodation is very well located, next to the Strandhotel and therefore halfway between the stores and the beach. The living room is spacious with a sunny terrace. The apartment is clean and the bathroom has an Italian shower. It is an ideal rental for families. Jacob is also very friendly and responsive to any questions.

We were allowed to spend an extended weekend in the apartment. The photos had already been with us a year earlier, with anticipation. Reality did not disappoint us. The big moment of pulling the curtain aside and catching this great view for the first time was already a great moment. The amenities were great. Rarely seen such a generously equipped kitchen in a holiday apartment. We were there with 3 couples. Plenty of room for all. The dining table is particularly worth mentioning. More like a board! We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a pity that only one parking space is available in the underground car park. We still went in with two cars to unload and then looked for one of the free parking spaces nearby.

The apartment itself is a dream come true. It's spacious, modern, and beautifully furnished. The views of the dunes are simply stunning, and the location is perfect for enjoying the beach and local amenities. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need, including a smart home system, a top-of-the-line kitchen, and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, our arrival was marred by a less-than-ideal experience. The person who was supposed to meet us was not present, and their response to our calls was disappointing. Despite this minor setback, the apartment itself is truly exceptional.

We spent a night with our 15-month-old boy at Gazal. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The accommodation was equipped for travelling with a child (cot, high chair, some games and some dishes), very convenient! The place was very quiet while being close by car to cities and beaches. Communication with the host was very good. We recommend it!

Apartment just as beautiful as in the photos and everything super clean. We felt very welcome due to the personal check-in. The apartment is slightly more expensive than other apartments, but very modern and well located (except for the parking situation and the garbage can that is much too far away). The apartment was quietly located, very bright, sparkling clean, and furnished with a lot of love for detail and the view of the North Sea is wonderfully beautiful.
