Sonja was super. Great communication, great recommendations on what to see and where to eat. The place was immaculate and the bed is very comfortable. Her gardens are beautiful. Pazin is centrally located and most of Istria is within a 30 minute river. HIGHLY recommend!

The view of the place is amazing! Having a garden where you can sit and hang is a plus point. Location is very central, walkable to all the main spots. Expect a little walk up the stairs/ slopes (depending on which route you take) when you get to the place. Ursula and Vid are very lovely hosts! They were helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

Lovely spacious apartment. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The large balcony with Hollywood swing and dining table is super. There were 3 covered parking spaces for our cars (We stayed there with 6 people and 3 cars). The host is friendly, helpful, quick to respond to messages, and also helps on site if there is a need. We got a G Maps list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Very helpful and nice. Only the induction stove takes some getting used to and unfortunately did not manage to bake the fries in the oven at the same time and to stock the meat in the pan on top of the stove top of the stove top. Unfortunately, Irena couldn't do anything here either and we had to wait until the device has cooled down again. A baking dish in the inventory would actually still be great 😉 Otherwise, good starting point for activities and excursions, supermarkets are even within walking distance, so you can get fresh rolls quickly in the morning.

We were received in a very friendly manner and were shown the well-equipped apartment. The pool was especially great for the kids. You can do a lot in the area, the routes to Slovenia are also quite short. Thus, you have some opportunities for excursions.

Very pleased with the apartment. All expectations were fully met. The place was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace, as well as the covered terrace where we could spend time and cook on the grill without getting cold in the evening. I’d also like to mention that the apartment is perfectly located—just a 5-minute walk to all the entertainment, with the added bonus of charming streets along the way. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Hope to come back here again!

The property is perfect for one or two people with no high standards. Very clean and cozy, in addition, the apartment had everything you need for a holiday. Highlight for us was the short path to the beach (2 min walk). The beach was very private not too crowded and clean.

Check-in was super easy and you can always contact the extremely nice housekeeper in the next house. The apartment itself is sufficient for two or three people, with four people a bit tight. There are two beautiful balconies with great views and a kitchen equipped with the essentials.

Nice appartment only 2km from Bled. It was clean and cosy. We stayed there with our two kids and had enough space.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was huge, the furnishing is cozy and modern at the same time with an amazing view from the balcony. It ist very close to the beach, with a beatiful bay - perfekt for stand-up paddling, snorkeling or simply swimming. Oksana was a very attentive and super friendly host. Great place, lovely nature and friendly host

Marija is a wonderful grandmother who treated us with so much love as if we were her own grandchildren. Every morning, she greeted her with fresh, delicious homemade cake or pancakes, and she put her heart into it. Regarding the area, we are repeat guests, however our first time staying in Martina. The apartment, the location, the view are amazing, but the person of Marija makes it really special. Despite the language barriers, we could have understood each other, if we could understand Horvà, or maybe German, we could have talked for hours. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, comfortable, with a nice view of the sea from the terrace. We can't wait to get you back to Maria next year.❤️

Absolutely loved the place and the host. The garden and the view are incredible. Verica was extremely friendly and flexible when it came to check-in. Can't wait to visit again.

The family home is located above the Izola region. The cute harbor town of Izola can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. From the shared terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea. The studio matched the photos. Everything is clean and well and appropriately furnished. There is a possibility to take care of yourself. Wine and olive groves stretch around the house, which invite you to hike and walk. The spot is certainly well suited for discerning cyclists. Activities are great to start with your car from there. The location is quiet and calm. My dog and I felt very much at home Thanks again to Klavdija and Domen. We would come back! Small note: When entering the address provided, Google Maps led me in the wrong direction. Better is to go to Izola city first and enter the exact location of the property there

Fabulous apartment. Very comfortable- a home away from home. Close to supermarkets, public transport and the motorway. An excellent location for seeing the town and exploring the area. Great recommendations for dinner and highly responsive hosts. Place was lovely and warm despite the cold weather. Would definitely stay again

We felt at home immediately at Sergei's place. There is an attention to details and a sense of care that is really unmatched. Sergei also has got beautiful wooden crafted objects of design handmade by himself and we bought one as a souvenir. We had a lot of fun around and even played some volano in the garden. Sergei has been super nice with us the whole time. Definitely recommended!

We stayed in the apartment for over a week. We were warmly welcomed by Boris and Darinka. They are treasures of people and very helpful. We were surprised with wine, juice for the children, salties and later we got cake and apple strudel. Both can flood you with tips for activities in the area. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and equipped with every comfort to stay there pleasantly. Kitchen with microwave, oven and a stove so you could eat in the apartment when you wanted. There is air conditioning, which is very nice. You can do a wash if you want. The pool is clean and is carefully kept tidy by Boris. The view is amazing and you can relax until late at night and enjoy sunset and the stars. The garden is spacious and the yard offers space to park behind the fence. Many nice villages nearby. Dobrovo and Smartno are recommended for a visit. In 45 minutes you are on the Adriatic coast.

Nina’s apartment is very nice for our family of five. Every one had their own bed and was very relaxing especially the patio. I loved sitting outside and looking at the beautiful scenery. We walked to the lake and castle, it was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Very nice flat in great region!

Vladimir's place is very nice! Everything newly renovated and you have everything you need for a relaxing holiday: washing machine, dishwasher, TV, etc. The beach is very close (about 2-3 minutes walk)!

Small but nice! Really nice accommodation, everything you need is available. Great outdoor area, great views, great outdoor kitchen, large pool, ping pong table. Really brilliant. Car recommended, however, otherwise the path to the sea is not so much fun. Would definitely come again! Denis is very accommodating and helpful, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Wonderful place! Quiet and nice! I recommend!

Mladen and his family made us feel very welcome with local recommendations, an amazing breakfast and beach suggestions. The apartment had a spectacular view and we enjoyed the hot tub as well as local beaches with crystal clear turquoise waters and amazing local restaurants.

The accommodation near Rijeka is great, generously equipped with everything you need. The city of Rijeka and also other destinations in the area (such as Opatija) are within easy reach by car. But you can also take the bus, the stop is not too far away. It is also great that you have a parking space right in front of the house. On the spacious terrace you have a magnificent view. Unfortunately, the A7 is in the immediate vicinity.
