Villa Carla is an over 100-year-old stone Istrian house with the comfort of the present time. It is located in a quiet location, in nature next to a vineyard, only 5 km from the city of Koper. Our grandparents and great-grandparents lived in it... including grandmother Carla (nona Carla), after whom the villa was named. From the old days, a typical well in which there was never a shortage of water and two old trees that you will immediately notice; cypress and mulberry. Get to know the magical Istria!

Stunning, over 100 years old stone barn, meticulously renovated, furnished with vintage pieces, located in a peaceful village in the middle of the upcoming Slovenian wine region. The fully furnished kitchen with all amenities and dining table area is located at the entrance, while the sleeping premises (one queen size bed and day-bed sofa for 2 and bathroom with a bathtub are on the upper level in an open-space attic. Free parking, Wi-fi coverage, AC, fan, autonomous entrance and garden access.

The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a TV with international channels, air conditioning, washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and a first aid kit. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hairdryer, an electric radiator, and essential amenities. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets and pleated blinds. Towels and bed linen are also provided. The apartment offers additional items to enhance your stay and provide comfort, but we’ll leave those as a surprise.

Vanaf ons huis, gelegen op een heuvel aan de rand van het dorp, kijk je uit over de prachtige vallei en kun je genieten van de rust en de natuur. De studio appartementen zijn gelegen in de Vipava Vallei, dicht bij de kust in het westen van Slovenië. We hebben hier ons droomhuis gerenoveerd en er in 2025 twee studio appartementen gerealiseerd. Vanuit jouw appartement loop je zo het Natura2000 Trnovo gebied in, maar ook het dorp is dichtbij voor een supermarkt of een drankje.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that offers the possibility of relaxation.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and big groups. Close to the sea and 10 minutes from the city in an ancient 19th century villa. The WOW effect is the 180° view of the gulf, visible from the entire apartment and from the large terrace. Relax in the large garden and take a walk in the private woods! If you're lucky you'll see the fawns that live there. The bus stop and free parking are directly below the house.

Historic Wine-Stone House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located in 14th century village of Goce. The whole village is protected by Slovenian government as a Cultural Monument Site and is surrounded by numerous vineyards. However, the most amazing treasure of Goče lies beneath your feet. Hidden before the sun and wind, the wine cellars – carefully built from the local stone and featuring vaulted ceilings – store the village’s precious liquid.

Holiday Home Slavi is a charming little house next to bigger Apartment Slavi. Well-equipped and on a good location, it offers great relaxation inside and outside. My place is close to family-friendly activities. You’ll love it because of the neighborhood, the ambiance, the location, the outdoors space, and the people. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and also furry friends (pets).
