After stepping out of the gate, you are on Kováčská Street where it lives.. a few steps away you are already looking at the charming historic center of the city. In the city center you will find everything that belongs there, from a pleasant walk, to amazing tasty restaurants and pubs to shops of daily necessities..

Dom pozostáva zo vstupnej haly, kuchyne, troch spální, dvoch kúpeľní. Pri dome je veľká záhrada s altánkom na vonkajšie posedenie a letnou kuchyňou. Tu si môžete oddýchnuť s kamarátmi pri grile, opekačke alebo pri spoločenských hrách. Obec bola kedysi kráľovské banské mesto. Flat have a green balcony, a big living room, a bathroom, a toilet and a charming kitchen :) (63 m2) Parking is free in front of the apartment and guests have a towel, cosmetics, coffee, tea and other small items FOR FREE... A brand new 2bedroom flat situated in the centre of the city, just a few steps from the main street with a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife and in walking distance to the historical centre of Košice. The apartment is unique and nicely furnished. There are two good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is large living room with very comfortable sofa/bed.

Located in a historical building where the fine art photographer and painter Imrich Emanuel Roth set up his studio in the early 1850s - the first photography studio not only in Košice, but also in today's eastern Slovakia.
