This is a brand new house. This house is small, but very cozy, and has all amenities you need to enjoy your holiday. This house is located on the shore side of the lake, where you can enjoy the lake view from inside of the house and on open deck at the back of the house. On the deck you may enjoy romantic dinner or drink the morning coffee and watch swans and ducks swimming in the lake. There is a tennis court available nearby for people who like to stay active during their days off.

Tito's Getaway/Desert Princess Palm Springs Resort

City of Cathedral City STVR Permit Number BLIC-000872-2022. You will feel upgraded the moment you pass the gate of Desert Princess. The resort is nicely landscaped with 30+ pools. The unit is luxurious with extra-large patio doors and windows that look out to beautiful scenery with mountain views in the far end. Open space with 10' tall ceiling, master suite with king size bed will make you feel very comfortable staying here. Tito (see in picture) is happy to share it with you.

Private casita with breathtaking view of Joshua Tree. Private Pool, heated Spa, Gym, Steam Shower, Sauna, Hammock garden, Wood Fired Pizza oven. Inside of main house not included and will NOT be occupied during your stay. All pics are of areas you have access to. Third bed in casita living room is queen pull out couch. 4th and 5th pull out beds are in SPA are below casita (access through garage) with separate entrance, it has its own bathroom and shower.
