Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

Our atmospheric cottage, right on the waterfront, offers a spectacular view and experience every day. Our guests have access to a wooden terrace, sun loungers, a fire pit, a Mongolian barbecue and a garden hot tub, but these are just some of the attractions that will make your stay at Lake House 14 more enjoyable. SUPs, a kayak and a catamaran are available within easy reach for those with the appropriate licences.

West Guest House is located in a quiet are of the Kampinos Forest, in Klaudyn town, 12 km from the center of Warsaw ( about 20 minutes by car). A beautiful cottage built at the main entrance to the Kampinos National Park, surrounded by dunes, forests, meadows and backwaters. From the cottage you can hear the beautiful singing of birds and the sounds of wild animals. There are no neighbors around the farm. Access via an asphalt road, a beautiful garden with places to rest and recreation is also illuminated at night. The cottage is part of a small farm with organically grown strawberries. We are happy to offer them in the season.
