Charming cabin in Lofoten's Hawai- Skrova. Perfect place for relaxation and tranquility. The sea right outside the door, nice hiking trails as well as the hull mountain a few minutes walk from the rorbua. Hot tub on the jetty where you can grab a delicious bath while enjoying the silence and the view. These are lovely beaches with chalk white sand in several places on the island. In the rorbu there is 1 bedroom downstairs with 150 cm bed. One of the rooms upstairs has a 150 cm bed plus 90 cm bed. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room that can be turned out to 140x190.

Charming summerhouse on an island in Lofoten

Charming summerhouse lying on the beautiful island Skrova in Lofoten. The house has a wonderful view, and lies close to the sea. It has a peaceful neighbourhood, and it is located close to a shop, a restautant and two galleries. The island is one of the last authentic fishing villages in Norway. There are several marked nature trails - including up to the island's highest point at 280 m. It has a fantastic view of the Lofoten walls. You can also lie on the sandy white beaches, and you can fish.

Our architect-designed cabin was completed in May 2024. The cabin has a sheltered and exclusive location right at the water's edge with panoramic views towards Henningsvær and the majestic mountain Vågakallen. The large windows invite nature in and create a feeling of being in one with the surroundings. The views are spectacular and truly take the breath away from most. The morning bath is lovely on the white beach which is right next to the cabin. We are so proud of this place and welcome you.

Cozy and well equipped apartment in beautiful nature. 5 min by car from Svolvær center, but still in quiet and peaceful surroundings. Great mountain hikes straight from the yard, beautiful bathing water nearby and nice safe bike paths in the area. My husband and I started our project in 2017 and finished it in the end of July 2024. I’ve been obsessed with the bay window where I can see the beauty of the view through all the seasons which give me such a different moment in every season to take on. We were allowed to spend 8 days in Kathrine's beautiful house. The location, tranquility and view are unique. The whole house is very clean and maintained. You immediately feel comfortable, which is why a rainy day is no problem. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired, so you can easily cater for yourself. The coffee machine and the Sodastream are particularly worth mentioning here. The beds are very comfortable and the Stressless armchairs in the living room invite you to relax. The whirlpool on the terrace with the great view is phenomenal. Kathrine responds to queries within a short time and also proactively passes on information. She informed us about the Artic Run, where we had the opportunity to meet her, which we were very pleased about. We totally enjoyed the days in Kathrine and Glenn's house and hope that we can come back in the winter.

Very nice cabin, with upgraded kitchen, living room and bathroom and nice bedrooms. The only thing we thought was a bit bad was the old kitchen equipment and service. This should be upgraded. Otherwise, nice location.

The unique location and tranquility inspired us. Kari was very proactive and provided us with information and tips for excursions. A few snacks were also available for us. The kitchen is very well equipped. We were also allowed to use the small rowing boat. The sauna with panoramic views is great. The camping shower was okay. It is portable and you can also shower outside with it. It would be desirable to have a higher water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom. There, the water comes directly from the stream. Kari & Inge have provided drinking water in canisters. It is well equipped for a lonely cabin on the fjord.
