This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big (200cm x180cm) nice bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, and an exclusive sauna. Your own private cabin, with the ocean right outside your window. Inside you find three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Go outside and enjoy the view from the sea side patio, complete with furniture and a campfire pan. Depending on the season and weather you can see eagles and other birds fly by, or just enjoy the stunning aurora. It´s a 3 minute walk to our small city center with grocery stores, sports shop, a liquor store, pharmacy, hair dressers and a gas station.

Modern and fully equipped cabin with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Nicely located by the sea with a view of Gavelfjorden and Risøysundet. Enjoy a cup of coffee while Hurtigruten is passing by. It´s not unusual to spot eagles and mooses right outside the cabin. Of the 40 countries I've visited, I think this is the most beautiful Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The view of the fjord is breathtaking, the stream enchanting, we are really away from the world in a positive way. The interior is very cozy, there is a great hike to do at the bottom of the fjord. There was plenty of drinking water in the fridge and it was very easy to get water from the stream for showering/dishes. The kitchen could be a little better equipped (no oil, vinegar, etc.)

We spent 5 nights with Solveig. The cottage was just the right size and very cosy. We almost felt like home. The kitchen was well-equipped and you could enjoy a beautiful view of the fjord while cooking. Solveig was very kind, friendly, and very helpful if there were any problems. We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend a stay with Solveig.

We loved staying in the house and fell in love with the view out of the window of the upper floor. We could even see the midnight sun from the balcony. Everything was clean and it was very quiet. Also the surrounding offers many wonderful views, hiking baths and wonderful beaches. Waralak was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed very much being her guests. Thank you very much for being with you! It was super great 😁

Torinn's cabin can't be more welcoming and authentic. The collected place where it is located gives you intimacy, surrounded by nature, and at the same time you are two steps from a road of very little transit and you have fantastic views. Loved the black wood on which it is built. The house has everything, beautifully decorated, and everything is in very good condition and clean. That yes, you have to buy drinking water because for drinking it is not worth the one in the house, but it does for duchrse and wash. And no problem because there are supermarkets relatively close. Torinn was kindly taken care of at all times, and gave me very good tips for making some amazing hikes in the area. Many thanks Torinn!
