You are free to make use of the rest of the farm area where you can, among other things, go for walks in the woods, swim in the beach area and fish from the jetty. It can also be mentioned that the farm is located close to one of Norway's finest golf courses. We are a family of four living in the main house on the farm. Otherwise you can meet both cats, foxes and deer.

Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, the bathroom has a washing machine, underfloor heating in all rooms, central heating and parking. Playground with sandbox and climbing frame. Cozy cabin in beautiful surroundings, best suited for couples who can share the double bed. The cottage has electricity but no running water, but guests have their own newly renovated bathroom/toilet in the outhouse about 100m away. We can be helpful with round-trip transportation Pilgrimsleden that goes not far away from the farm. The cabin has an extra bedroom with room for 2 mattresses on the floor, but this is in the loft and the person who will sleep there must be comfortable climbing the ladder on the wall.

Velkommen til en koselig og enkel hytte ved sjøen på Øysand 🌊 Her kan du våkne til havutsikt og fuglekvitter, nyte lange dager på den langgrunne sandstranden og rolige kvelder ved bålpanna. Hytta ligger i naturskjønne omgivelser ved Gaulosen naturreservat, med strand og fine turmuligheter like i nærheten. Øysand Camping med kiosk, café og aktiviteter ligger i gangavstand. Et rolig lite fristed ved sjøen – samtidig som Trondheim sentrum bare er ca. 20 minutter unna med bil.

Welcome to our apartment in Skaun! Enjoy the beautiful views over Laugen from this comfortable accommodation. Suitable for 4 people, the apartment has a cozy bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The functional bathroom and open kitchen offer convenience and comfort. It is only a 40-minute drive to Trondheim, so you can enjoy the tranquility of Skaun and at the same time have easy access to the city. Parking is available.

Lys og hyggelig leilighet med ett soverom, bad og åpen stue-/kjøkkenløsning i et rolig og familievennlig nabolag. Leiligheten har gode solforhold og ligger kun 5 minutters gange fra bussholdeplass, dagligvarebutikker, apotek, Vinmonopol, bensinstasjon og spisesteder. Ca. 20 minutters kjøring til Trondheim sentrum og Orkanger. Flotte turmuligheter i skog og ved vann rett i nærheten.

Idyllic restored timber house on pasture is rented out. There are goats on the pasture and all the way to the cabin during the summer season. Located near the pilgrim's trail and hiking opportunities with a starting point directly from the cabin or a short drive to get to Skaunakjølen. Also a starting point for picking berries and small game hunting, or just to find peace.

The Fjord House

Charming house by the sea in Buvika with 3 double bedrooms, a spacious outdoor patio with kitchen and BBQ, just 30 meters from the shoreline. Grocery store, restaurants, and bus stop to Trondheim (20 min) all within a 5-minute walk. Renovated in 2019. There may be some building activity nearby during summer of 2025. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
