You are free to use the rest of the farm area where you can, among other things, go for walks in the forest, swim in the beach area and fish from the pier. It can also be mentioned that the farm is located close to one of Norway's finest golf courses. We are a family of four living in the main house on the farm. Otherwise, you can meet cats, foxes and deer.

Megardshytta / Bråhytta (Cabin)

Welcome to our simple and charming cabin by the beautiful Morsjøen – perfect for those looking for peace, nature and real cabin atmosphere. There is no electricity, no water - but everything you need to find your resting pulse. Inside the cabin you will find two cozy bedrooms with bunk beds (185 cm long), a simple kitchen area with gas burner, and a good wood stove that keeps you warm on cold evenings. The outhouse is just outside – simple, but clean. Morsjøen and nearby fishing waters offer good fishing opportunities.

Great country side home! Close to the forest, cross country skiing tracks and the local supermarket. Entire house for available with ample on site parking (off street). Underfloor heating in all rooms and fireplace in the living room. Ground floor has open kitchen and lounge area, bathroom with bath and shower, laundry with washing machine and dryer, and two bedrooms. First floor has a second living area with a sofa bed, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Welcome to a cosy and modern home!

Adorable Cottage in Bymarka!

Welcome to our charming cottage at the gateway to Bymarka! Here you can enjoy the silence, drink your morning coffee with a wide view and let the days be filled with trips, fresh air and a calm that only nature can provide. When evening comes, you can crawl up in front of the fireplace, hear the wood crackle and feel your shoulders relax. The cabin is simple and cozy, with nostalgic interior and soul from a bygone era. A place for you to relax, live slowly and take in all the beauty.

Idyllic timber hut on a meadow

Idyllically restored timber house on the deck voll is rented out. There are goats outside on the patio and all the way in to the cabin during the summer season. Located close to the pilgrimage trail and hiking opportunities starting directly from the cabin or a small drive to get to Skaunakjølen. Also a starting point for berry picking and small game hunting, or just to find peace.

The Fjord House

Charming house by the sea in Buvika with 3 double bedrooms, a spacious outdoor patio with kitchen and BBQ, just 30 meters from the shoreline. Grocery store, restaurants, and bus stop to Trondheim (20 min) all within a 5-minute walk. Renovated in 2019. There may be some building activity nearby during summer of 2025. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Cabin in the forest with jacuzzi

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality . Nice view to the Trondheim fjord and a rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive with car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In the winter, the road is paved and strewn. A good winter car is an advantage.

Herring weather

Peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. It takes 35 minutes to drive into Trondheim. 30 meters to the bus stop. The bus takes 50 minutes into Trondheim city center and 10 minutes to Orkanger which is the closest city. There are shopping centers and a water park, among other things.
