The place was spotless clean, and Dragan vas very helpful, I actually forgot my make up bag on check out and he contacted me shortly to notify me that i should come back for it, for which I am very grateful

Amazing on all levels. View of the bay fabulous. Super clean with amazing linens and towels and beds and sofas. All amenities plus some! Espresso machine. Steamed milk. Washer. Filtered water. Welcome fruit and juice. Super friendly host family that were available with a smile for any and all requests. I had my 5 month old baby and they provided a cot and were so kind. One night they knew we were tired so they brought dinner!!!!! Above and beyond in all levels.

It was a very valuable stay for us! We were warmly received by the host. The house is located in a unique place with beautiful view. Everything as described. Clean. Excellent water quality, clean air. Our honest recommendations.

We stayed here for two nights as a family of five and I wish we could have stayed longer. There was plenty of space in our apartment and everyone slept very well. The outside area was incredible. Beautiful pool, hot tub, and the kids loved the grass area with the trampoline. Beautiful view of the bay. We ate breakfast here one morning and it was delicious. Location was an easy drive to old town. Parking can be difficult near old town, so go early. It was much easier staying here with all of our luggage than having a place within the old town walls. The apartment itself was clean, but a little dated. We didn’t bother us. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and had local recommendations for a boat, cruise and other things to do. We would love to stay here again, and I would absolutely recommend this location.

The fantastic nature of mountain Orjen and its Nature Park is the greatest treasure. Tonka's house is perfectly situated, with several routes available and easy to start from Vrbanj. We had a memorable stay and Tonka provided valuable information and recommendations for the surrounding area. One day, we reached the top of Orjen mountain, standing at 1894m above sea level, the highest peak in the Sub-Adriatic Dinarides. The view was OMG! I can't express enough how beautiful our day was - encountering cows, sheep, goats as we walked, and even a few rabbits running in the wood. It was truly superb! Upon our return to Vrbanj, dinner awaited us with homemade food, just accross the house in a family restaurant, 1000m above sea level. I would highly recomend this place to all nature lovers, mountain enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, animal lovers (there are few sweet cats by the house) and all other lovers :)! Das Appartement war wunderschön, wie auf den Fotos. Die Aussicht auf Sveti Stefan und das Meer atemberaubend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war noch nicht alles fertig - z.B. kein Wifi, kein Frühstücksraum. Aber Gastgeber Murat hat für alles eine Lösung (kostenlose SIM-Karte, Frühstück aufs Zimmer - was sowieso viel schöner ist). Das Frühstück war jeden Tag ein grosser Genuss. Es gab täglich etwas anderes. Ganz besonders war die selbst gemachte Marmelade von der Gastgeberin. Unsere Motorräder konnten wir direkt vor den Haus abstellen. Zum Strand sind es ein paar Minuten durchs Dorf. Einzig die Lage an der viel befahrenen Umgehungsstrasse ist störend. Für die Nacht empfehlen wir Ohropax. Dann ist alles gut.

We stayed at Anna's place for 7 nights at the end of September. It accommodated 5 adults and one 5-year-old boy comfortably. The host was responsive and promptly addressed a hot water boiler issue. The house was clean with comfortable beds and had a stunning view, along with a private beach with crystal clear water. The only drawback was the lack of a living room, but it didn't significantly impact the stay since the group was mostly out during the day. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the location was convenient, although a car was necessary. I would definitely return and recommended the place.

Jelena’s home was exactly as described and very peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our time in the outdoor area. Great location as well - would come back and stay here again!

It's a great apartment, we particularly loved the balcony area and the location. it's far enough away from the town to be more chilled, but close enough to walk in. it's also right by the water, so easy to find a jetty to swim from and sunbathe on!

Excellent apartment. Perfect location for visit to Kotor. Slobodanka and Sam are probably the beat hosts we had so far. Thank you and hope to see you soon.

We spent a lovely week at Biljana’s beautiful property with two children aged 2 and 4. Amazing view with sunsets, great pool and lots to see in the area. Biljana and her family were so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely come again!

Vielen, vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in deinem Apartment. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Das Apartment war die ganze Zeit schön kühl und wir haben die Klimaanlage gar nicht gebraucht. Die beiden Pools sind sauber und eine gute Alternative zum Strand. Der wundervolle Strand ist ca. 10min zu Fuß entfernt und der Fußweg lohnt sich! In der Anlage ist es wunderbar ruhig, der Supermarkt und ein Obst- und Gemüsestand direkt neben der Anlage. Der Fußweg vom Strand und die Treppen halten schön fit 😀 Du bist ein perfekter Gastgeber und hast alle unsere Anfragen sofort beantwortet. Vielen Dank, wir empfehlen dich auf jeden Fall weiter!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Petar's "old house" for 4 days. The house is located in the ancient royal capital of Montenegro, a very nice town that I recommend to visit. Petar was a really excellent host, kind and helpful, he showed us the house, he recommended us places to visit, he was always available for any needs. I highly recommend a stay at his accommodation!

Mekan hemen plajda diyebilirim odadan çıkıp bir kaç basamak sonra denize girebilirsiniz. Klima , temiz yataklar ve havlular gayet başarılıydı. Kahvaltılarimizi deniz manzaralı bölümde yaptık. Budva ya yakın olması da önemliydi.

We had an excellent stay in the beautiful house and premises of Villa Principium. The hosts were very welcoming and treated us to tasty home-cooked breakfast every morning. All in all a very enjoyable experience, that we would recommend to all.

Jelena was great host, super kind and helpfull. location is good very close to oldtown. there is so much restaurants around there and market accross the road.
