Free parking is always available in front of the house. It is situated in a quiet residential area, just 400 meters from the sea and a 10 to 15-minute walk from the old town of Kotor. A large supermarket is only a 3-minute walk away, and the hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk from the house. The location is easy to find if you're driving. If you arrive by bus, it's a 15-minute walk to our place. There is also a local bus nearby, which offers transport to Perast and Risan for €2.

Kiki apartment is situated in newly built stone house and is ready to accommodate guests for the first time. House has been constructed in accordance with heritage protection regulations. Located in Skaljari, with charming surrounding and nice neighborhood, it is still on walking distance from Kotor Old Town, public beach, bus stop, stores and bakeries. These completely new apartments were made in july 2017 and have everything guests may need for a perfect vacation.The location is great.Apartments are just 10 min slow walking from the Old Town of Kotor and just 2 min walking from the sea.There is a private parking in front and a private pool for guests. Wi fi is strong and guests can drink wine on a beautiful private terrace in front of the apartment.
