Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovan in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

You have the entire apartment unit to yourself. 2 beds are in the bedroom, 2 beds on a fold-out bed with quality mattresses. You can enjoy a large terrace with seating. Our family lives on the ground floor, there is another apartment in the attic, which is adjacent to the apartment. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in the nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house is located in a village near Jindřichův Hradec. You can relax, whether you're passing through or want to stay for a few days.

Bungalow by the river and forest.

A great retreat for a group of friends, but also for a family with children and pets. The whole house is just for you, you can also use the fenced garden area. You can set up a tent in the garden, for example, or spend time on the large terrace by the barbecue overlooking the greenery. You can relax in the living room with Netflix. Watching old DVDs or playing board games can also liven up your stay. The location is quiet and safe, close to the forest and the Lužnice River. The surroundings are full of natural beauty, but also historical attractions.

Nearby there is a small zoo, a farm with domestic animals and there is also the possibility of fishing in the adjacent pond.

The house built about 1830 on the foundations of the medieval gate to the city on the way "Svatá Anna" from Čelkovice, is just below the walls on the southern slope above the Luzhnice river valley, 2 minutes walk from the main square. Bathroom amenities - a large bathtub and shower. Public parking 30 meters from the house (price from 40,- CZK/day). The front door has a keypad (code will be sent by text) = self check-in. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Our house is very family friendly. In our two flor modern villa with a large garden, we are able to accommodate large groups. The house benefits are spacious well-proportioned rooms which are well lit with large windows. It is ideal for large families with babies/children and grandparents.
