A fully enclosed (off-grid) house located in an olive grove. It takes its energy from the sun and water from the rain. In the spring, the garden is completely covered with wildflowers. On the upper elevations of the garden and on the terrace in front of the house, there is a magnificent view of the Lesvos on one side and the view of the mountain and the valley on the other. You can take long nature walks during the day, you can go to the sea within 5 minutes walking distance. You can enjoy waking up in a house where you can't hear noises except for the sounds of birds.

Cunda Island is 10 minutes away and Şeytan Sofrası is 15 minutes away. In addition, the symbol of Ayvalık is within walking distance to the beach in the narrow alleys. Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There are beds for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen and living room. The restoration of our stone house in Ayvacık Sazlı village was completed 8 years ago. We opened the upper floor of our newly decorated house to our guests, my wife and I live on the lower floor. Experience the beauties of our village with a view of Lesvos, full mountain and sea where 6 people can easily stay. You will be accompanied by the large garden and all the sounds and colors of nature. The port of Assos is only a few km away from the historic Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyuin 20 minutes with your vehicle.

The mezzanine is a lovely bathroom and the ground floor is a living area. The open kitchen island turns into a table when requested. The street, like the house, turns into a view when the door is opened. The house has been restored without disruption, those who are looking for excessive hygiene may not be satisfied.

First floor offers the master bedroom with a full view balcony and a private bathroom. Kitchen offers all the necessary equipments. Entire villa has floor heating system.

You’ll enjoy a sea-view balcony, a spacious living room with high wooden ceilings, and a beautiful fireplace. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it’s perfect for families or groups of friends. You can also rent the downstairs of the house.

A detached stone house in a private garden, 3 km from the sea, in the Çanakkale Assos location, at the foot of the Kaz Mountains, where you can stay peacefully and safely with your family. The ground floor apartment and garden are completely for our guests. The upper floor of the stone house is an independent apartment with an entrance from above, where family members stay at certain times.

Our Maisonette suite Lotros is an ideal two level apartment, that can facilitate up to 4 guests. On the lower level you will find the sitting area with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom . The steps lead you to the upper level, where you will find one Queen-size bed and wall closets. The Maisonnete suite provides sea views from both levels.
