The house is located in the village of Banka, about 10 minutes' walk to the center of the spa in a very quiet area near the forest. The apartment consists of the GROUND FLOOR OF A FAMILY HOUSE, has a separate entrance, two bedrooms (2+0, 2+1), a living room, a large hall, a fully equipped kitchen and a renovated bathroom. The area is about 110 m2. Wi-Fi throughout the premises. The accommodation is also suitable for patients using rehabilitation treatment at Adeli Medical Center. Another part of the house, also with a separate entrance, is used by the owner.

Pozostáva zo samostatnej kúpeľne so sprchovým kútom, z plne vybavenej kuchyne a z obývacej časti, kde sa nachádza gauč, ktorý sa po rozložení zmení na plnohodnotné spacie lôžko s rozmermi 180 x 200 cm (22 cm výška matraca). K apartmánu patrí aj balkón s posedením. Hostia môžu taktiež využívať vonkajší bazén s terasou a ležadlami na slnenie (predpokladané spustenie do prevádzky leto 2025) a mestské bicykle, ktoré ponúkame pre hostí zdarma.

For cycling enthusiasts, we offer the possibility of renting two mountain bikes for a fee, we will be happy to offer information in a private message.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. The shower is only in the main house, but its not a problem to use it... :) We have a nice jacuzzi, which you can use anytime :) Moderny dom s peknym vyhladom situovany na konci zahrady. Postavené vlastnými rukami od základov až po ručne vyrobený nábytok interiéru. Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.
