Preservable Liebhaver villa - unique location

The villa worthy of preservation is from the colonial era and is located on Teleøen with a fantastic view of Paaraarsuk, the sea and the town's landmark Nasaasaaq / Kællingehætten. The villa is located on the mountain a few meters from the water and is on two floors. For the villa there is an enclosed garden for free use. Relax with the whole family in this serene home in a home with 360 degree panoramic views. The house contains a large size hallway. Open kitchen-dining room directly connected to the living room. The house has a very large bright living room with a nice west view with further access to the terrace. Toilet with a bathtub and underfloor heating. Bedroom 1 contains a double bed as well as a baby bed, room 2 a 1 1/2 man bed, both with closet space.
