"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Oliver's place is a gem for its location and amenities. The property was very nice, and the views from the pool were truly great. Its location is excellent - a quick and easy walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of a local market and shopping nearby was also a real bonus. I appreciated how quiet and safe the area felt.

Phadya and Robert's "Oceans 29 " was everything that was advertised, beautiful, clean, contemporary with a great central location and breath taking views !!! Check-in was easy with Phadya describing all the Villa amenities and some ins and outs of the property. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to future Sint Maarteen visitors!!!

My best friend and I enjoyed the house. It was the perfect home base for our island adventures peaceful, private, and just as described. The views were beautiful, and we loved having our morning coffee outside while listening to the water. The location made it easy to get around the island, and everything felt safe and convenient. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit St. Maarten. Can’t wait to return!

Apartment is bigger and even nicer than pictures. AC works great. Pool is larger than photos suggest and the beach was <10 min walk away and truly spectacular. Great to have access to 2 beach chairs and a (somewhat dilapidated, but still clutch) beach umbrella. Kitchen has like 90% of what you need which meant we could pretty much cook whatever. Burners are a little wonky, but host provided good directions. No pantry staples- might be something to consider for the future (salt, olive oil, sugar, etc.). Easy to get around to all different parts of the island. Overall clean. We had a great stay. Thanks so much for hosting us.

This home is everything you see in the pictures. It’s even more beautiful in person very spacious pool area & the view is on a a level of its own in terms of beauty. Waking up and seeing that view daily was the best part. Dmitri gave me all the recommendations and information I needed. I had a chef come make breakfast for me and my girlfriend who was also recommended by Dmitri as well as a masseuse which Dmitri recommend as well for a beautiful massage in the pool area with the best breeze during the day a long with a bright sun. Place is not over hyped you actually get what you see and it’s a lot more beautiful in person . I would say rent a 4x4 vehicle though just because the hills are so steep heading up to the property. Oh yea it’s also gated as well for an extra sense of protection. Dmitri is very responsive as well and truly does coordinate to any thing you may be trying to do. Beautiful home and great host. If you’re thinking about booking this place plz do !

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, making communication smooth and effortless from start to finish. The condo itself was perfect for celebrating my son’s 16th birthday, and the pool area made for an unforgettable party. I highly recommend this place to locals looking for a getaway, staycation, or a great spot to celebrate special events. Will definitely be back.

The host was amazing—very responsive, understanding, and kind! The place looked even better in person than in the photos. She was super helpful and always got back to us right away if anything came up. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Villa Coralita is better than the photos! The bedrooms are all separate almost cottages from the main living space making this great for families with older children or couples. This might not be ideal for families with younger children as all the bedrooms open to the outside and are not connected to the main living space. The upper and lower decks have amazing views. We knew this going into it but be sure to bring bug spray! The mosquitos are wild in December but this is to be expected. One thing to note is Oyster Pond is not completely rebuilt from the hurricane and it seems like the photos of the view may be from pre hurricane. That being said, Mama Pizza and Oasis are both walking distance from the villa and were amazing. We dined at Oasis, went back for New Year’s Eve and left friends with the owners. Overall, amazing and highly recommend!

Pictures don’t do this place any justice. I loved the distance to restaurants and bars. We felt very safe and secure as well. Eva was a great host and had many great suggestions. Anytime I had a question, she responded immediately. She was also there to greet us upon check-in. I highly recommend using a driver. There is a steep hill to access the villa and an awd vehicle will be necessary. Personally it was too daunting for me to do it so a driver was necessary. Eva had great recommendations on this as well. I can’t wait to return to the island! I will definitely try to rebook with Eva!

Roland’s place awesome. Well worth the stay. The condo is a great space. We all loved it. Great swimming pool. Not too big or deep for kids and big enough for an adult to do a few laps in the mornings. Everything is within minutes of driving. But make sure you have a car if you choose to stay here. The only issue I would have to point out is locating the property if you don’t live there. There seems to be an issue with the mailing address and gps. GPS will take you to some other property that has the same address. Once you figure this out and learn the neighborhood then it’s not a problem anymore. Anyway., my special thanks goes to Roland for his response and also to Manoj and Marianna for being extremely great accommodating hosts. Thanks again.

What a wonderful stay! A slice of affordable paradise with your own beach to enjoy. Super spacious villa, with comfortable bedding accommodations for our group. Walking distance to some of the best local beaches, restaurants and nightlife available. Eli and the main office staff are top notch crew, always quick to help with absolutely any inquiry. From a seasoned Airbnb guest, we highly recommended to any future guests! Cant wait until our next visit

My stay at Smaart Vacation exceeded my expectations. Everything was as it was described on the booking site. The view was breathtaking! The property was in the perfect location. It was a lot to do in the area. I will book with them again in the near future. Look no further for a perfect stay in SXM.

The host was incredibly responsive and kind. The pool was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and only an 8-minute drive from the airport.

Beautiful modern decor, spacious. Lovely outdoor space with the convenience of a pool and beach access. Beach fun for kids to be able to play in the sand and more experienced swimmers to play in the waves. Spectacular ocean view with sunsets and great yacht watching. Convenient assigned parking space short walk to the home. Ground crew was easy to reach, very helpful and informative. Short drive to many restaurants and shops. Would not hesitate to book again.

My family and I stayed for 5 days and it was spectacular. Mariana and Manoj, the owners, stayed in contact with us throughout our entire stay. The view is breathtaking and the surrounding is peaceful and friendly. We wish our stay was longer. Would definitely recommend this place!

There were 9 of us and had a great time. The spaces were big enough, a plus for the large kitchen table that was able to gather us all around the meals. The views are beautiful and the double living room is an asset. Thank you for this trip

We had the honor of renting John’s place to celebrate a girls 40th birthday trip. The location was a perfect mix of walkable to restaurants/bars/beach and felt secluded on the beautiful back porch and pool with an amazing view. We stayed in and watched movies two nights even, because it felt like home! Loved how it had character and felt familiar, and John was extremely great at corresponding and giving us awesome recommendations. I hope to go back!!! After exploring other neighborhoods driving around, we realized this was a right choice. Having live entertainment so close at the red piano was a big plus too!! Thanks, John!!!
