What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Silvia. L’appartement est très bien situé, le stationnement à proximité est gratuit, la plage est accessible à pied, très proche du centre ville. Silvia est une hote extrêmement agréable, et très réactive. Elle est également très flexible quand à l’arrivée et au départ. Je recommande vivement l’appartement de Silvia pour votre séjour à Cagliari!

Sono stato benissimo e la casa era accogliente, purtroppo però ho avuto problemi con l’acqua calda e non è stato risolto fino all’ultimo. Comunicazione efficiente.

Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Bellissima casa a Cagliari, dotata di tutti i confort anche per la spiaggia e per un soggiorno lungo. Zona tranquilla con facilità di parcheggio. Cristina è stata una host molto disponibile e attenta ad ogni dettaglio.

Such a great stay at Katia’s. It was perfect for our stay in Cagliari, with Poetto beach just nearby. Katia was very responsive and helped us out when we had a mishap one of the days (at the fault of our own). She’s was extremely responsive and such a great host. Will certainly come back for another stay.

Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Geräte sind alle modern und gut bedienbar. Das WLAN war sehr gut. Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, die sehr gut und leise ist. Es gibt ausreichend Dusch- und Handtücher. Die Badezimmer sind sehr modern, es fehlen nur Ablagemöglickeiten im unteren Badezimmer.Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Der sehr schöne Strand und viele gute Restaurants kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea klappte immer sehr gut. Es könnte mehr Teller und Töpfe geben, dann müsste man nicht so oft den Geschirrspüler anstellen. Gläser, Tassen und Besteck gibt es ausreichend. Der Wäscheständer ist zu klein und es fehlen definitiv Auflagen für die Holzliegen auf der oberen Terrasse. Das sind Dinge, die man sicher ändern kann.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Franca est une personne vraiment attachante et très à l’écoute. L’appartement et le superbe balcon donnant directement sur la mer permettent d’assister à des levées du soleil spectaculaires. Les bougainvilliers en fleurs, les citronniers débordant de fruits mûrs (dès le mois de mai), le chant d’innombrables variétés d’oiseaux, la mer turquoise, la plage de sable fin, l’immense massif rocheux en arrière-plan font de cet appartement un petit bijoux. Bien que situé dans un endroit extrêmement tranquille, tout au bout d’une petite route, le site de Zinnibiri Mannu est à proximité d’excellents restaurants. Le rythme de vie des gens de cette région et leur gentillesse est peut-être ce qui est le plus remarquable et le plus agréable. Il n’est pas surprenant que le village de Tertenia recèle autant de centenaires: les Sardes savent comment apprécier la vie et prennent le temps de la vivre. Wir haben als Familie zu viert 10 Tage in Pilars schöner Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Wir hatten (bis auf morgendliches, freundliches Vogelgezwitscher) viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch, morgens sieht man bei einem Espresso die Kitesurfer am Strand und abends hört man beim Sonnenuntergang die Wellen rauschen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig sehr schöne Strände (wir mochten die Spiaggia di Sa Colonia am liebsten), in ca 20 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am Meer. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, es empfiehlt sich aber, großere Einkäufe zb in Pula zu erledigen. Pilar war als Gastgeberin immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Es war sehr schön bei Ekaterina. Es war alles vorhanden um sich wie daheim zu fühlen. Wir konnten dort kochen und auf der schönen Terrasse relaxen. Der 6 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand nach oben zum Haus war zwar anstrengend, aber dafür macht man ein wenig Sport und bleibt fit :) (Übrigens, wenn man auf dem schnellsten Weg zum Strand will, dann kann man unter der Brücke durchlaufen.)

Die Wohnung liegt in einem wunderschönen Viertel in Cagliari und man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen, von Restaurants über Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber und auch der Whirlpool (50€ Zuzahlung) waren sauber und wirklich angenehm! Giorgia war eine super Gastgeberin und immer sehr freundlich! Wir haben in dem Parkhaus ca. 450m entfernt für 10€/Tag geparkt, da wir in den Straßen, in denen man parken darf, leider kein Glück hatten:) Für Leute mit sehr kleinen Kindern oder ältere Menschen könnten die Treppen in der Wohnung vielleicht etwas steil sein, uns hat das nicht gestört :) Die Wohnung war wirklich komplett sauber, allerdings scheinen Wohnungen in der Altstadt von Cagliari wohl insgesamt ein Problem mit Kakerlaken zu haben, wir hatten leider auch ein paar davon in der Wohnung bzw. im Kleiderschrank.. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung mit super Lage in Cagliari! :)

Das Apartment ist neu renoviert, sehr gemütlich und sauber. Mitten im Herzen von Cagliari - Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles in direkter Nähe der Altstadt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben sogar Siesta auf dem Zimmer verbracht, weil es so schön war. Wir können den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen! Hinzu kommt, dass Valentina sehr nett, hilfreich und herzlich ist. Sie hat uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und war schnell erreichbar. Volle Empfehlung, wenn man Cagliari erkunden will.

Rarement rencontré un Airbnb aussi propre. Appartement très bien placé et bien décoré. On se sent comme chez soi ! Je recommande sans hésitations.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sehr schön und der Gastgeber ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man mitten in der Stadt ist und einen tollen Eindruck von dem Ort bekommt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden immer wieder kommen.

Beautiful apartment centrally located and spotlessly clean. Alessandra was a great host, providing little extras (UV beach umbrella, iron, bottle of wine) and helpful communication. Little noisy at night as people walked past but only to be expected in the middle of the capital and nothing continuous. Cant wait to come back again - we loved it!

Tiziana is een superhost, zeer behulpzaam en het appartement was kraaknet. Het ligt in een rustige buurt en in de nabijheid zijn lekkere restaurantjes die Tiziana ons aanraadde. Evenals een bezoek aan het natuurpark Molentargius. Ook het oude stadscentrum en de aanpalende buurten zijn de moeite waard.

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures - clean, stylish and equipped with everything you need. The area is quiet but still easily accessible, with shops and public transport nearby. Stefano, the host, was extremely kind and helpful, quickly answering all our questions and making sure we had a good time. I can only recommend it to everyone, we felt in love with Cagliari, and we will definitely come back!🥰

Il soggiorno è stato fantastico. L'appartamento risulta più bello dal vivo che in foto. Zona tranquilla a due passi a piedi dal Bastione e dal centro, ottimo per visitare la città. Prezzo ottimo e l'host Laura è stata veramente gentile ed accogliente: pronta nel consigliare ristoranti, posti da visitare, spiagge nei dintorni di Cagliari. Eravamo in auto ed è stato facilissimo parcheggiare in zona grazie ad una moltitudine di parcheggi "bianchi", non a pagamento. Molti ristoranti in zona. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole visitare Cagliari.
