We were well served since the reservation the host super asked us to respond and explain, for our first stay in Santa Cruz we already thought about returning to a new opportunity.

beautiful and comfortable apt with very complete kitchen that we take advantage of to cook a little. The surroundings are calm and good to walk with some shops nearby.

The house is very complete, pleasant, equipped and good astral. Very close to Unisc. To go to the center you need a car, but it is very quiet, less than 10 minutes. Zona very quiet, no noise, does not pass a car on the street practically. The leisure area is the high point, great-sized swimming pool and impeccable pool table, as well as a practical to use barbecue. Kind and helpful host. Voltaria for sure.

Great house, very clean and organized place!

The stay was excellent! The house is wonderful, cozy and extremely clean! We had a brief location difficulty as we took the path indicated by the Airbnb app and since we ran out of the internet on the way, it did not update correctly. The host sent the location by phone and we found it perfectly.

The stay at the apartment was perfect. It is beautiful, cozy and very well located. Claudete is a great host, always helpful and available. I recommend it! ❤️

The house of the viewpoint is a great option for couples. Easy to find, at check in everything was clean and organized, including some treats and giveaways. The view is already a little blocked by trees, but still pleasant. We miss some floor rags, a bucket and some product so we can clean a little, because when walking around and back, it ends up bringing a lot of dirt. But there was a broom and we could handle the message. It has everything you need, crockery, cutlery, coffee maker, sandwich maker, electric kettle, etc. The gas shower works quite well, with a few moments of cold water. The check out was a bit tense, as the gate control battery ran out and we were stuck for about 15 minutes. Demos lucky that it was close to the time when the cleaning lady was going to do the cleaning and was able to open the gate so we could leave. Unfortunately, the host was not responding to messages or answering cell phones at that time. But as it worked out, that's fine. Despite these details, We recommend!

Simply amazing and spotless! There are not enough words to describe how wonderful and cozy it was to be in Rogério's space! It starts with the wonderful person Rogério is making us feel at home and then the wonderful place. Exactly as in pictures! Thanks to this space, our family has created a very but very strong connection! Thank you, Spaço Paaraíso! I recommend and I will recommend it to everyone!
