Holiday houses in Sinan Tepe

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Cyprus! The place was spotless, super clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing time with our three kids. The host was so helpful, always available to answer our questions and give great recommendations. Made us feel at home. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Cyprus, this is it! Highly recommend! Will send all of my friends and my kids already want to go back :)

Great host and beautiful house. Stayed there for a poker tournament but it becomes a true vacation. Great pool and the views are priceless. Very private and great for a family getaway

We had a fantastic stay. A really beautiful apartment in a safe peaceful area. My girlfriend and I had a great stay and Danny the host helped us greatly when we had questions. The apartment is lovely on the inside and out, with many restaurants nearby. There is also a very nice hike nearby. Another bonus was the friendly cat that would great my girlfriend and I when we went outside we named this cat Athena

Recently we had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa with a private pool, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The villa itself is spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the modern amenities you could need (expect dish washer ;-)), 3 separate bedroom, 2 bathrooms. The highlight, of course, was the private pool, secluded enough for total privacy. You'll need a car for restaurants and beaches with infrustructure. The next beach which we used for the early morning swim is 15 min walking. The host is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay and welcomed us with snacks and bottle of wine, great communication, self check in. I recommend it. I was there with children and the house is equipped with everything what family need. Very good location. 10 min walk very nice beach. 🏖️

Everything was excellent, and as it is mentioned in the description. George's father, Mr. Solon was waiting for our arrival in order to drive us to the house. He is a very polite man and we got a very warm welcome upon our arrival. He guided us at his house and showed us everything we needed to know in detail. The house is very big and keeps the authenticity of a cypriot village house. Everything was clean, and the house provides all the necessary amenities for your stay. The most remarkable fact is that the house is located to a perfect location in the village, extremely quiet, ideal for relaxation. The village centre is very close to the house (2-3 minutes on foot). I definitely recommend this place.
