VUT 47-289. Nice newly renovated apartment on a unique street, where the protagonist of Memento Mori lived, next to the contemporary art museum, the Val market and the Plaza Mayor. The house has a spacious bedroom with a comfortable 150 bed and built-in closet. In the renovated living room, there is a 140cm sofa bed for 2 more people. The bathroom has a shower tray. Kitchen with kitchenware, coffee maker, washing machine, stove, and microwave. Brand new 42-inch TV and WiFi.

Fully independent studio, it will only be you. Located in a quiet neighborhood, a 20-minute walk to downtown and with easy parking. It has very easy access to the ring roads. Next to Avenida Santander, with a bus stop that takes you downtown. The accommodation is in a new building with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Various shopping centers nearby, Carrefour is a 3-minute walk away. We have more accommodations, please don't hesitate to ask.
